After buying a 2017 Hyundai Accent for my daughter to have a dependable car, the transmission started malfunctioning. I have not been able to get in touch with this dealer after Hyundai informed me they would not warranty the vehicle. They told me it was a rental car, but that wasn’t disclosed to me. Now the transmission has to be replaced even though the car only has 65k miles on it.

Purchased a car from here one year ago. The manager was arrogant and rude. They hid defects on the vehicle's wheels with plastidip and did not disclose these defects. The plastidip started to peel after a few months of driving, now the wheels need to be touched up or repainted.

Great experience at this dealer. Great sales staff. Best place by far we have dealt with in the used car business. I would reccomend them anytime.

I was looking to trade in my Jeep for an H3 Hummer. I found an Alpha edition at this lot through the internet. I live in Raleigh and made arrangements with GM Austin Kosinski to come down and see the car. On the day I was supposed to go down there, I couldn’t, due to work. I called Austin and we discussed both my Jeep and the H3 over the phone. Austin sent one of his team members up to me (3 hr drive) with the H3. It was all he said it was and the deal was made in my driveway! Talk about going above and beyond for his customers! I would recommend dealing with Austin and this company any time.
