I recently brought my 2013 Sorrento to the Service Department when it mysteriously began stalling. From the moment I arrived, I received friendly and... personal attention from Frank Mullin and Matt Glerum. They had the engine tested and explained the 2013 Sorrento recall. They quickly arranged for a courtesy car and sent me on my way. I was told that it might take a while and that they would call me when it was ready. I also had a cracked windshield which Frank made sure was replaced. The whole experience was comfortable and easy. Both Matt and Frank were extremely professional and, courteous and made me feel like a part of the family, As a result, I will recommend DiFeo KIA to all my friends.

I walked in the Kia dealership just to look around. Renata greeted me right away. She was very accommodating and very easy to work with. She took me on... four test drives. She was very knowledgeable ,answered all my questions and was very patient. Could not ask for anyone nicer or better to help me. A little later I drove away with a beautiful new Kia Sportage. Let me start by saying I loathe the thought of having to visit dealerships. Since one phone call can set the tone of a company, and not wanting to waste... my time, I called DiFeo Kia to inquire about a particular car. Renee was very friendly, upbeat and answered all my questions. Her knowledge and guidance led me to visit the dealership that same day. I was greeted at the door by Al Angelo, my sales rep. I felt instantly at ease with Al. I didn't have to worry about being rushed, pressured, or compelled to purchase something I didn't want. Al was pleasant, patient, and very knowledgeable regarding which cars would best fit with what I was looking for and needed to be comfortable driving. He didn't try to persuade or dissuade me in any way; just pointed out pros and cons. We took several test drives in various models and I decided the KIA Forte was the car that best fit my needs. Al then had me take another test drive just to be sure. Given the updated technology, he patiently took the time to review the most important features and "bells and whistles." Al is the first sales rep I have worked with who went above-and-beyond to make sure his customer was totally happy with their purchase. I then met with Michael Ratz, who handled the financial aspects of my purchase. I'm certain I could not have received a better price anywhere else, whether from a KIA competitor or other dealerships. Having bought a number of new cars, I can speak from experience. Michael made sure he gave me every incentive possible and found the lowest interest rate for my loan. Everyone helped make my car buying experience as hassle-free and, subsequently, as stress-free as possible. Actually, it turned into a fun day! Al Angelo/DiFeo Kia will forever be my go-to sales rep/dealership to purchase a car. Thank you!

Wow Renata was so sweet and kind. My husband switched dealerships on me on a really bad day at work. Renata had a cup of tea waiting for me answered every... question (and if she didn???t know the answer found out right away) stayed late to get everything settled. The next day Renata spent over 1 1/2 hrs helping set up all my electronics and answered all my questions. I may not have started with this dealership but I???m soo glad this is were we bought.
