I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Jennifer in the service department at DiFeo Kia in Lakewood. Jennifer went completely above and beyond from start to finish. She patiently walked me through every step of the process, organized and submitted all of the necessary paperwork, coordinated the warranty claim, and kept me informed throughout the entire repair. Thanks to her hard work and professionalism, the claim was approved and the vehicle received extensive repairs, including a new engine, manifold, starter, and other major components. What impressed me most was Jennifer’s exceptional customer service, communication, competency, and attention to detail. She made what could have been a stressful situation feel seamless and manageable. Her dedication to her customers is truly outstanding. I also want to commend Kia for standing behind its warranty. They honored their commitment, stood by their product, and delivered on their promise. In today’s world, that level of integrity and support deserves recognition. Based on this experience, DiFeo Kia has earned my trust and future business. Compared to other Kia dealerships I have worked with in the past, the level of service here was on an entirely different level. I will gladly return and highly recommend Jennifer and the entire team at DiFeo Kia. Thank you for an exceptional experience and for restoring my faith in dealership service departments.

Great experience in this dealership whether in Sales or Service I’ve always been treated with respect and people are happy and extremely polite. I was there super early 7:30am for service on my Telluride and people where cleaning snow off the cars but made time to take care of me and service the vehicle in a timely fashion , in and out in less than one hr . Thanks to Matt and his team .

I was initially prepared to purchase a 2023 Mazda CX-5 from this dealership, but ultimately walked away due to how unprofessionally the situation was handled. To start, the salesperson I worked with, Sammy, was polite and informative. However, any time I asked a question, he insisted that I call him and rarely put important details in writing, which made it difficult to feel fully comfortable moving forward. When I decided I was ready to buy, I brought both my mechanic and my father to the dealership to inspect the vehicle. Despite the dealership knowing I was coming, the car was extremely dirty—especially the interior and back seats—which immediately raised concerns. Once the car was on the lift, my mechanic pointed out significant wear on the tires (they appeared never to have been rotated) and an issue with one of the brakes. When Sammy brought this to his manager, the interaction became uncomfortable. The manager made a rude comment about why I needed three people present, then asked my mechanic how much he was charging us to be there—an unnecessary and unprofessional remark. After my mechanic left, the manager stated that they do not replace tires on used cars, which I found surprising given the condition. He also claimed tires could be replaced for $89 each, which is unrealistic unless purchasing the lowest-quality options available. Regarding the brake issue, he said that if one brake were replaced, all four would need to be replaced—and that I would be charged for it—despite the car supposedly being “ready to go.” To make matters worse, while all of this was happening, my father stepped outside to update my mother by phone. The manager then remarked, “Oh, what, do we need a fourth person involved?” This comment was completely unnecessary and sealed my decision to walk away. I was extremely disappointed by how unprofessionally this was handled. While the salesperson was pleasant, management’s attitude, the condition of the vehicle, and the lack of preparedness made it clear this was not a dealership I could trust.

It was my first time there and I will definitely return..the wait was not very long..wait area comfortable. MATT was very informative re my auto. And even showed me a few things on my fob I was not aware. Thanks to Matt it was a easy pleasant experience!!!

Service department is fantastic. They always take good care of everyone. I have always been well informed of work being done. I come in as a waiter and never have to wait long. Matt and staff are great.
