We were searching for a vehicle with certain must have options. Wes & Rod went out of their way searching for what we needed and when what we wanted w...asn't available they came us with another option that suited us perfect. There was no high pressure sales pitch, just a very friendly atmosphere. Buying a new vehicle can be stressful but that was not the case at Jackson Hole Ford.
The buying and delivery process was first class - involving as it did people from Sales, Management, Parts and Service. David from Sales, Rod with the... business aspects, Seth with parts and Fred the service director all contributed in a cohesive and coordinated manner to make the experience pleasurable. I highly recommend the entire team

Great to have Ford back in Jackson! Fred and his crew are working hard for us maintaining our fleet of Ford trucks. It's great to have a dedicated c...rew doing all that they can for you. Whether you need and oil change or an engine change, they can handle it.
I was in Jackson Hole chasing powder snow with my son. My 2013 F150 has had problems with the throttle body and I was left with an unreliable vehicl...e when my local Colorado dealership could not diagnose the problem even though they had fixed the same issue previously. Sure enough, in Jackson several weeks after my local dealer did not solve the problem, my truck stalled 9 times in 12 miles. I called Jackson Hole Ford at about 8:30am. The kind office manager Melay fit me in the schedule. I arrived there at 9:15am. The very competent tech Lorenzo came out to get my truck and speak with me and immediately got to work. Fred the service manager worked the phone to get the repair records from my previous dealer. I was done and on my way at 11:00am. At no cost as the former repair work was under warranty by Ford. I could not have imagined a better outcome from a service department. They are five star in my book!
