Foreign Auto Connect

Tried to make some inquiries about a vehicle I was interested in and went several days without receiving any type of communication back from the product specialist.

Akeem S. and John H. both professional, courteous and very friendly. Found Sebring convertible online and drove 2 hours to buy. Good experience overall. Would recommend Foreign Auto Connect. There best asset, by far, is there people.

Mileage listed on the website isn’t accurate. And then inside of the car was dirty, with little bits of some kind of cracker or snacks in the crevices. When I asked Akeem S. why, he gave an answer about what happens to the car for inspections. However, I have SEEN him and other employees driving the cars around on numerous occasions, often times with other people also in the car. It seems that the employees are allowed to drive the cars as they wish, resulting in damages not pictured and higher then listed mileages.I was turned off by this and not interested in buying a car for an dishonorable place. I made this clear, however the salesman continued to pressure me about the car for several days. Overall, would not recommend.

Great experience, definitely recommend. Akeem S. has been very professional, not pushy and incredibly helpful and understanding during the transaction. Also John H. definitely deserve a shoutout for his professionalism, he took care of the bureaucratic part very smoothly and fast.

I cannot recommend this dealership due to my very short experience with them. I emailed earlier in the week and only got a generic form letter in return. Today my wife and I were planning to go for a test drive so I sent another email to set up a time for a test drive and yet again the same generic form letter. So being that we were only about an hour from the dealership we decided to drive on over and check it out. When we arrived, we were kinda surprised that no one came running out as we saw an employ around the lot. We did a walk around and looked it over pretty thoroughly and still no one in sight. So we decided to go inside to get more info and the keys for the test drive and the salesman was quick to tell us that the car is on hold "money down sold" pending getting some maintenance work done. Then he proceeds to tell me if they back out he'll let me know. He never asked my name, yet he knew who I was to contact me if it didn't sell. He obviously saw my email from earlier in the day setting up the test drive, but didn't think it was necessary to let me know it was basically already sold. NOT THE WAY TO RUN ANY BUSINESS. I will not give them any of my business or will I recommend to any of my friends and family. Anyone else use this dealership at your own risk.

Purchased a pre-owned Audi and drove 3 hours one way to get it. Michael was very knowledgeable and accommodating during the entire process. John had everything ready to go when I got there and had already given all the info needed to my local credit union for financing. Awesome group of guys!

We just acquired a Porsche from Foreign Auto Connect, and everything was perfect! The car was as described, and even a bit better. The many photographs enabled us to view everything before we visited the facility and enabled us to evaluate in advance. The CarFax report was a bonus. Akeem Smith knew virtually everything about the car and was pleasant, helpful, and not at all pushy. John Ho took care of the business end of the transaction and was a great communicator via phone, text, and email. I highly recommend Foreign Auto Connect.

Drove from out of state to purchase vehicle. John was a great help and honest about everything. Car was as described when I got there. Paperwork was super fast. Highly recommend and would love to deal with them again.

John was so great to work with! Only have had the car a few days, but we love our experience so far. He allowed (and even encouraged) us to have it inspected by a brand dealer and a local, high-rated mechanic to be sure of its quality, especially since this was a first time purchase for us. He was very flexible, kind, and quick to communicate without imposing. The car also received fundamentally great inspection results from both mechanics, so we have every reason to believe they sold us a quality used vehicle. Will definitely consider going back to Foreign Auto Connect for future purchases.

Very good experience with Foreign Auto Exchange. Many cool cars and Salesperson John very friendly and no pressure. Would shop there again in the future.
