Went there to see a Mazda and didn't know it was salvage title because they didn't post it online. After test drive and primary check I was actually... gonna buy the car. Sat down with them and discussed price, no space for negotiation on a salvage title. His accountant is really useless, gave us the wrong keys and don't know how to make an offer. The owner applied the sale discount after tax... We left right away.
I was interested in a car and asked to see the car fax report. They said they have at the dealership. I asked if they have a digital copy. They said... the car fax report should be free. I informed them that it wasn't and that was the last i heard from them.
I purchased my daughter a 2010 ford fusion from this place that I found on Craig’s list. We were determine to purchase a car that day and he was nice enough... to make his self-available for us to see the car within 20 minutes of calling. The place wasn’t the easiest to find but when we got there he had it ready for us to check out and test drive. The car ran and look great. It was very clean in and out even under the hood. We told him we would buy it. He took us to his office and explained that the car was a salvage and even showed us pics. to insure us that we was getting a good deal. He explained he doesn’t by salvage cars with frame damage just small body work repair. He said we shouldn’t have any issue with insurance which we didn’t. The process was fast easy. We didn’t even have to go down to the DMV cause he didn’t everything right there in his office. The price was great and the process took a total of about 20-25 minutes. I’ve never purchased a car so fast and easy before and will be back again. The guy was so nice and willing to assist with any issues we may have. The car also can with a 30 return policy which was really good. I would really recommend purchasing a car from Universal Motors.
Great guy by the name of Scott Stall helped us out. Honest and offered what seemed to be a great price. I'd go there again!
