This place is a SCAM!

This place is a SCAM! They advertise many Tesla 3s for $20,999 with great mileage but when you get there, they are ALL GONE! Yet their own inventory sheet doesn’t even show the car as ever being there. They will show you other Tesla 3s for $24,999 - $30,000. Good ole Bait and Switch!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!

Unprofessional.

Unprofessional. They told me to send them my ID with address so that they can provide me with Out the Door price then they did not contact me at all and that vehicle was sold.

One of the worst customer service.

One of the worst customer service. I first inquired about their vehicle through cars.com i gave it a couple days and for them to reach out. They never did. I reached out again through the same platform. Again still no answer, than i reached out to them though their website. Same thing no answer. I put in another inquiry. Still jo answer. Than i reached out to them theough their third party chat function. They said they will forward my information. I waited two days than reached out to them through their chat function. Again. They said they already gave the info to the dealer. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that they might be busy. Its been about 2 weeks since my first inquiry. I tried toninquire info theough multiple outlets. What a shame dealership . I have read similar reviews through multiple sites that they suck at reaching back out and communicating. I would give 0 stars

I had a terrible experience at this dealership.

I had a terrible experience at this dealership. First, no one ever answers the phone. Second, the cars that they have advertised are already sold and they seme to never remove them from advertising sites. Lastly, the salesman was working with me and showing me cars (I'm African American) and a Caucasian family had shown up and he immediately left me to assist this family without returning to assist me. When I first arrived he walked past me once only saying hello and I ended up waiting for another 15 minutes before he asked if I needed any help, however the Caucasian family was greeted and helped right away without waiting. I eneded up buying a car with Carvana...this was too disrespectful for me to spend a dime at this dealership. Stay away from this dealership especially if you are African American!

Scammers

Terrible customer service. We went there 4 weeks ago to buy a car they had listed on cars.com. When we got there first thing Monday morning he told us it was already sold and we need to wait for his boss to check other availability. The boss was supposed to arrive within 10 minutes. We waited a total of 2 hours for the boss to arrive as he kept pushing the arrival back by 10 minutes every time we asked. He then offered us another Tesla which was supposed to arrive mid week in the same week and required us to put a deposit on the car. 4 weeks later and the car still hasn't arrived. They didn't once reach out to us on their own. (We followed up 3 times) When we called them today they said there is an issue with the car and it is no longer for sale.

This dealer is playing with the price for the car

Made an appointment to buy the vehicle listed, drove two hours down there and they proceeded to look confused then said car was sold this morning, when I told him I will pay extra he told me you must pay cash. they didn’t call to tell me (if that was even true) so I could save myself the drive down there and then tried to sell me newer more expensive ones. Bad customer service.and they change the price from yesterday and today I have all pictures

Great customer service!

Great customer service! All the staff here focuses on each individual customer to make sure they get exactly the car they need. When I gave them feedback about a specific issue, they made sure to get it fixed right away! I would recommend this used car dealership to any of my friends and family.
