Over charge you for repairs on a car that I still have to pay for! I put 4K down on a 8k car. When time for repairs they charge you what they want for parts and labor. Owner claims 0EM part for VW is $380, but she refuses to show me proof. Be careful, they act like they do solid business until they get tour money!

Generally rude waste of 10 minutes.
i attended this dealership with my wife and her sister because we've been in the market for a pre-owned newer model vehicles since she's with child. She saw a vehicle she has driven before and asked to go see it. I'm weary of BHPH due to their normally shady business practices but if the price is right I'm willing to finance. I arrived and we went to go look at the vehicle. The first thing I notice was what seem to be a series of junk or damaged vehicles in the back. While these could of came from damaged vehicles from people they've financed with I had a sneaking feeling they buy damaged vehicles and resell them (But can not confirm). I was greeted by a female and expressed my situation to them. I informed them that I'm looking for a decent newer model car with a down payment of 1500 to 2000. After giving me a limp almost "I don't want to touch you" ( I assure you I'm a clean individual w/o BO or anything offensive to the senses) handshake she informed me that the only way they do in house financing is if half the cost of the vehicle is met, considering the sight of damaged junked cars in the back the red flags were there. She informed me that I'd half to put down 4k (half the value of the car)to finance with them, this is before seeing any of my income statements to see that I'm financially stable or I'd have to fiance through a bank. While I'm not concern about financing through a bank I'm more concerned about financing a BHPH car through my bank considering if the vehicle itself should be a lemon they'd be in the clear since they've gotten paid and I'd be on the hook with their junk. she claimed she could talk to her boss about bringing it down to 3k but I was already tuned off and ready to leave. if you want to get gouged for a subpar new car come on here where the location leaves something to be desired and the smell of "I'm about to be railed if I do business with this individual" was apparent the moment she named her terms. I understand the used auto business is risky but so is buying from a used car dealer especially when the terms put you in a rock/hard place either with a bank or paying what they've probably have in the car as a single down payment.

Bad credit and current bankruptcy you need to look for cash buy .I was nice and try to help him but some people likes to be ugly. All our cars clean and newer models. Carfax provides upon request. We not BHPH place. We do sometimes if people have 50% of value of car.Your credit play game not us.All our cars welcome to check by your mechanic before purchase.
