    Worst experience I've had at a dealership, hands down. I did end up buying the car I wanted for close to the price I wanted, but the entire process... was horrible. After agreeing upon the out the door price, and confirming it several times, by the time I walked to the finance office there was an extra $147 on the car. Unacceptable. That was rectified simply enough, I'll give them that. After signing everything, I was walked back out to my car and told the gas card could not be found, and that the keys are in it and my salesman is finished. No delivery, no offer to show me the bluetooth, backup cam, the time was incorrect on the clock. These are the simplest of things a dealership can do to make a customer feel appreciated, and they decided they do not want my return business. I was told I'd get my full tank of gas when I come to receive my plates. I picked up my plates today, which, are handed to you by the receptionist and left to the purchaser to put on, and my salesman is nowhere to be found. So they never honored their own contract, in which the tank of gas is included in the purchasing price. My salesman seemed very green to me, so I won't drag his name through the mud. I will, however, drag the sales manager Gino through the mud. Very aggressive, hostile at times, didn't appear to want my business. Once I let up a little bit on my price, since we were $1,200 apart, he actually went UP on the price, getting further away from making a deal. Very backhanded business tactics at Tom's River Mitsubishi, I strongly urge anyone without years of car experience to stay far away.

    It looks like I'm the first to leave a review. What can I say about Tom's River Mitsubishi? They're THE BEST!! Mr Frank Tomas (Director of Business Dev)... is a gem amongst salespeople. He's a consummate professional who made my car purchase a breeze! I bought a beautiful 2017 Lancer (manual). I live in Brooklyn, so it would've been difficult for me to get out to NJ to see the car. Mr Tomas made is easy for me to purchase the car online and his salesman James Natoli delivered the car to my home in Brooklyn. What great service! I love my new car and would recommend Tom's River Group to everyone. They give you great service, peace of mind and a fair price
