Best auto experience EVER!

Best auto buying experience we've ever had! After being screwed over by three other dealerships with hidden fees and unkept promises we found Jim Butler Chrysler and our amazing salesman Steve! Not only were they very honest and upfront but they went out of their way to make everything as easy and fast as possible and get us as many savings as possible. We spend weeks looking at trucks online and in person in Missouri and surrounding states and I am telling you right now you will not find better people, more options or a better deal anywhere! They got us quickly into a new 2021 Ram 1500 big horn for the around the price of what we were seeing trucks a few years old and with 30k miles on them. I could not be happier or recommend them more. In a world that is so hectic and crazy its wonderful to know there is still honest hardworking people out there.

Came thru in time of need!!!

I had issues with the auto start stop on my Jeep Compass. I was given a loaner to use as my husband was in the hospital and I was making daily trips to Columbia. They had to order parts and kept my car for several days as they felt it wasn't safe to drive until repaired. The service mgr. told me to use the rental like it was my car. He called twice to make sure everything was okay. I really appreciated their concern and the loaner!

Bad service

Good Dealership

Friendly staff, good pricing, done what they said they would do. Coffee and water is only thing available to customers. Donut would've been nice since buying a vehicle isnt a 30 min process.

Well worth the drive from Mississippi

Been looking for quite awhile. My local dealer could not or would not compete with price. I drove 600 miles and received good service and a good deal.
