Went to dealership to take a look at a 2010 Cadillac DTS. Andy met me in the lot, I showed him the car I wanted to see, he got me the keys and left me to inspect the car. I took my time and was not pressured. I went back in to see about a test drive. They put a plate on and we drove a few miles to see that the car was good to go. I put a small deposit on the vehicle so that I could return the next day and let my wife see and drive the car. We returned, drove the car again.. and did another once over. We decided to buy the car and the staff were all courteous and professional. They answered questions, and went over every form .. easy process. At no time did I feel pressured or pushed into buying. The car sold itself, and I waited a week, before my review so that we could honestly say that it is a comfortable, quiet,dependable car. Andy did a great job working with us.. as did all the folks at eAuto. Give them a chance to earn your business, we are quite happy with the whole process and we've had no issues with our new (used) Cadillac. Thanks

I really wasn?t sure about financing a used vehicle but this place made it so easy. They?re not pushy dealers, they do t try to give you something that you don?t want or can?t afford. So pleased with what I bought and this service

Drove 35 minutes to look at a 2010 Subaru Outback they had listed for sale this past weekend. The price seemed fair and the pictures that were posted online made the car look very clean. The pictures showed a car that had the seats wrapped in plastic and everything looked like it been professionally detailed. We showed up unannounced and saw that the Outback was parked right in front of the door. We walked up to the car and it was absolutely filthy! Seemed as thought the owner had been using it as his personal car?? There was food, crumbs, empty water bottles, etc. littered throughout the car. There were even groceries and pet food in the trunk. Absolutely ridiculous. If the car originally looked as good in the pictures and then was trashed by an employee, that is a shame. This place is a joke, and it is in a bad neighborhood. Do not waste your time.

I was getting service work done and i noticed a truck for sale that I really wanted. I ended up purchasing it while trading in my old vehicle for a fair price. The whole experience was great and I have become a frequent customer.
