Would give negative stars, if only possible. The fbad experience has turned into a REAL bad experience from their nasty response to a bad review - almost bordering on threatening me. Stay far away, is my advice.

Thank you for your review. As stated in our first response. If there was a mistake made by our staff we would definitely make sure that the situation is corrected, but that was not the case in this situation. To insinuate that we purposefully make customers think that there is a problem and clearly there is not, is false and defamatory. By stating this, it is not a threat it is the truth. When you brought your vehicle in on May 19th it was due to a broken sunroof. After we checked the vehicle in, we moved it to our back lot where the vehicle then sat for 3 days until your new sunroof arrived. When our technician went to pull the vehicle into the shop for the first time the vehicle would not start. After performing an inspection on the vehicle we then recommended a battery replacement due to it not holding a charge because of a bad cell which you declined. The vehicle was not left on nor did we leave any lights left on while it was waiting for the roof panel to arrive. Battery cells can fail and in this situation, it seems the battery that was in your vehicle had a bad cell. As a dealership, we provided the recommendations based on the skilled assessment of our certified technician. We understand your frustration but did nothing wrong in this case. We have detailed documentation of your visit and would be more than happy to go over it with you if you so wish to do so. We have tried to reach out to you but you will not return any of our calls.
