So far so good, had to take my new GTI in for recommended maintenance. Decided to try Chapman as the one near my residence seems to have quite a few bad reviews regarding the service department. Dylan was great, I will definitely be back.

my service rep Ty was awesome. He gave me a breakdown of the costs and what may or may not be needed for servicing my vehicle. The technician rob did great as well. The videos and explaining what’s going to be done to the car wa stage first time i’ve had that type of service provided by a dealership, which is great because rob showed me the undercarriage and was explaining as the video went along. Thank you so much! I’ll be bringing my vehicle here for future services.
