J&J's Bargain Barn Autos

I buy this 2012 Ford Focus and I didnt make it 10 miles away from the lot when the car begins to be nonresponsive to me pushing the gas pedal. I am on the freeway at this point where there is 65mph traffic and no shoulder. It was a TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE for me as I sat there in the dark just waiting to be plowed over top of by the following vehicles. I sat there in the middle of the four lanes traffic for 20 min HELPLESS! Finally I was bumper pushed off the road by a good sumaritan. I call the sales man John Hayes and he would not answer a call nor text from me when I had just left there 10 mins prior. And drove over 2 hours to their location. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAR DEALER TO ANYONE FOR ANY REASON! THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO SALE CARS AS UNDERHANDEDLY AS THEY HAVE DONE ME! I am a single mom trying to raise two children and I went to them thinking I would get the most for my money. When they were ultimately just taking advantage of my distance from them to absolutely lie and take advantage of me of the purchase of this car. They said it was serviced inspected and up to par when this vehicles has a recall on its transmission problems and a class action lawsuit to Ford for the transmission issues. This company pawned this Ford Focus off on me knowingly of these issues. I am left helpless and still need a dependable vehicle to transport my 2 children.

RIP off con artist, all junk auction vehicles. The ones that give car dealers a bad name. Hope they are put out of business!!!!!! And have to pay back all the money they conned from everyone.

Bought a car and roadside assistance couldn’t get roadside when my car stop working only a month after i got the car called them for consecutive days and got the run around and instead of them helping insisted I find a solution myself ...horrible people all in all

Please don’t waste your time they will screw you over and give you a car that doesn’t last! These people completely screwed me and my boyfriend. I’m so ashamed that these people are suppose to be family friends. I’m out of a vehicle because these people care more about money then actually taking care of people who are buying from them! Read all reviews on GOOGLE before buying from them

After looking for a truck for months we found the best deal here at J&J's . The sales guys are very personable and listen to what you are trying to find. We even got a better deal by paying cash which made the whole transaction Awesome. We would Highly Recommend them for anyone looking to buy a good quality used truck at a very good price.Thanks Guys!
