My initial experience wasn't that bad. I purchased my...

My initial experience wasn't that bad. I purchased my vehicle in February and that whole process was pretty easy. Then in June I began having issues with my Pacifica Hybrid's powertrain. It would simply stop running while driving on the highway. I'd have to coast to the shoulder and reset the whole vehicle. Since then it's been in the shop collectively for over 3 months. They still don't know what's wrong with it or how to fix it and it's happened three more times. It's a significant safety issue. I've asked them to buy it back and they offered me $10,000 less than what I owe on it. Then to add insult to injury, every time I need a loaner, they put me in a compact car. I purchased a van because I have a family of six, I've told them that these little cars aren't going to cut it, but they just brush me off. So I can't transport my entire family anywhere as long as the van is in the shop. Now I'm looking at legal options, but it shouldn't have gotten to this point. I've been nothing but respectful, but it's gotten me nowhere. Avoid doing business here, it's not worth the trouble.

one of the best experiences buying a vehicle. Fast all the way from buying to financing. I wasn't there "all day" like other dealers make you. From Red (justin) to the GM Blair to the Owner Grant - everyone was super friendly and super easy to work with! Highly Highly recommend these guys!

Justin (aka Red) was fantastic. This is what sales should be!! He worked to get me the best deal. He made the sale stress free. He followed thru after the sale. I also appreciate that he is a Jeep enthusiast and knows the vehicles. I highly recommend.

Worse than I left it.

I will start by saying the people seemed very friendly. I scheduled a 9:30 drop off for a service and to diagnose an issue with the radio and hvac. They told me they would give me a call to let me know what they found and if they needed to purchase parts. I ended up calling them at 3pm and was told someone would get back to me because they were in a meeting. Two hours later I called back myself and was able to speak to someone about 5pm. I was told they were able to service the car as expected, the thermostat issue was resolved with a reprogramming, and a new radio was $600. I obviously said no thank you to the radio and went the next day to pick up the vehicle. I went in and paid got the keys and handed them to my wife to head home. When she started the vehicle the low tire pressure light was on which was odd. I had her take my truck and I ended up taking the van to put some air in thinking it was just a little low...long story short on this bit someone at the dealership ran over a tac and it was stuck in the tire. Additionally on the way home I noticed the rear air vents would only blow hot air which means the hvac issue was not resolved at all. I have called and left a message, but have yet to receive a response. I suppose I can take some fault for not specifying I was looking to have the appropriate air temperature from all the vents not just a few. It’s not ideal when the vehicle you leave for a service comes home worse off than you left it.

Awesome experience

Never had a buying experience like this before. friendly sales people no push to buy anything in particular. they just wanted to help us find what we were looking for. great deals on everything on the lot. will be going back there in the future to buy our next vehicle.

Purchased new Jeep Compass

I bought a vehicle and reside out of state. The entire team did a great job working with me to finalize the deal remotely. When I arrived, everything was ready and they made the entire process very easy for me. I would definitely recommend Heartland and will buy from them again.
