I have been looking at the Ram 1500 TRX Truck they have

I have been looking at the Ram 1500 TRX Truck they have had for awhile. They have it saying sale Price $69,674. I have put the VIN number in to see what the value of this truck is which comes up to around $55k. They tell me the best price they can do is $69,674. They say they are the cheapest within a 100 miles. Like someone would not drive over 100 miles to save thoundsands of dollars. They refuse to work with you on the price. I guess they think because I'm a female I don't know anything about buying a truck. If they are ok with losing a sale then I will go somewhere else that is willing to earn my business and give me a great deal. Because It's not them!

BUYERS PLEASE BEWARE!!!!!

Buyers BEWARE!!!!!! On 11/25 I drove 2 hours to test drive a 2015 Right Hand Drive Jeep Wrangler used for mail delivery. On the test drive I got one mile down the road and the oil light came on and it started to sound really rough, so the test drive was cut very short, I was assured the problem would be fixed. On 11/27 I made the biggest gaffe to date, I purchased the RHD Jeep Wrangler. It was getting late and the process rushed when I got into the vehicle and started home, I entered the on ramp and got on the interstate. When I got on the interstate almost 2 miles from the "car lot" the Jeep started the "death wobble" and went into limp mode. I called Katie the GM and was told to take it to their "garage"! So I left it at there "garage" for the oil pump to be replaced. I was assured it would be fixed, and that if anything at all happened in the future to the powertrain; the warranty I was forced to purchase for $4,000 would cover it and I quote "if the engine or transmission for example falls out in the road the warranty will cover it". So on December 6th accepted delivery of the vehicle ( you may ask why didn't I just "back out of the deal"? Well I would have backed out, but RHD Jeeps are hard to find and I was getting pressure from my boss to get back to work. So I had no choice). On December 28th the water pump went out and called Super Cars, "use the warranty you purchased!" So it was taken to Steve White Motors in Hickory. They replaced the water pump, drove it a few miles down the road and the belt shredded! Why might you ask? Due to a melted crankshaft pulley. All that was fixed, on February 2nd it started making a noise and wouldn't run!!! It is currently sitting at Marion Chrysler with the engine gone and the warranty company will not fix it, and neither will Super Cars Direct! I can't work, and I am in danger of losing my job and everything I have worked for because I can't work!!! I'm telling my story to warn others to stay away from this "car lot"!!!

Service

If you call them about a car they will take your info , but will only bother to call you back if they can get you approved. If you cant then you dont even warrant a phone call.

Took my money never delivered

So saw them online, called the dealer they agreed to take my card over the phone, would bill me when they delivered the car. Needless to say the deal fell through as everytime I jumped through another hoop they put up there was another one and another delay, after the third excuse I just gave up, then found they charged my card the full amount and this was not authorized. The next day they say they are refunding me, and send me a receipt for a merchant account that is offline. Meaning it's bogus. I finally contact PayPal which is who owns that card, and have to file a dispute. I'm now out that money most likely for 30 days. They are not a legit company and I wouldn't trust them. Just saying. I'll be exposing them via YouTube here shortly.

Will say whatever to get you to buy!

Worked with Chris everything seemed fine at first, told him I didn’t have the greatest credit due to a recent surgery and to not run my credit with many banks. He did anyways and ran it with about 20. I needed a co signer so I used my girlfriend. We told him we did not want her to be first that it should be me. Well we drove 3 hrs to find out that he put her name first. The first thing he said was I know you’re gonna hate me, But please don’t be mad but your gf is first on the loan.

Do NOT buy a used car from this place!

Don't purchase from these people. It's the worst idea since your last failed marriage or drunken stunt. They are absolutely a nightmare. I wish someone would have told me, warned me about this place! Their reputation needs to be put out there for what it is. I feel strongly that anyone who wrote a positive review just hadn't had their car long enough for it to break down.

Do NOT buy a used car from this place!

Within 30 days, transmission was done

Car broke down from bad transmission that their machines picked up, told me the only thing they could do was waive labor no trade-in option & the whole sales team was indifferent to my situation. I am a single mother of 2 trying to finish a bachelor?s degree working to make ends meet. I explained this to Brandon and it still didn?t make a difference. I would not recommend even an enemy to purchase from them.

terrible customer service from owner

My family and I was recommended to this dealership. We had already got approved for a certain amount of money so we knew our spending limit. The lady named dee dee was amazing and tried her best to help us as much as she could. We test drove the vehicle we fell in love with, came back to talk money with the owner and he looked at us and told us well I guess it ain?t the right truck if you are not willing to pay that much. He wasn?t taking in to consideration that the truck had a rear main seal leaking and there was bare metal scratches on the back side of the truck. It also had small scratches all over and surface rust all under the underneath. Needless to say our business will never be brought back here!!
