I was told they are No longer offering oil change and 5 yr maintenance. What’s up??? Instead I was Offered a Jiffy Lube coupon if I come pick it up. I’ve always gone to the dealer for service. Guess those days are gone.

Eric and the service team turned what could have been a stressful transmission problem on our 2019 Buick Enclave into a straightforward experience. Eric greeted us promptly, explained every the steps and kept us updated. The problem was identified quickly, the repair options were clearly laid out, and I was able to choose the best solution for us. Communication was excellent, and I could see the dealership’s commitment to customer care.

I’ve never dealt with a better dealership than Starling Buick. Scott Schuller is a great hands on manager who deals personally with his customers. Everyone in the company are very friendly and helpful!

🤮🤮🤮 Worst customer service I have dealt with in my entire life! The general sales manager Jason C. at the Venice, FL location was a completely incompetent human. Didn’t take time to listen to anything except his next breath so he could talk over me. - After having my vehicle for over 7 months Carroll Buick had the nerve to charge me for their mistakes , time and lack of ambition after they lied about saying it was all their fault and there would be no charge for the damage my car had while on their property!! I will never go back there and will recommend anyone thinking about going to any of their locations in Venice, Deland, or their new location Orlando to do the same! (Doug and his main guy in the Bodyshop were both 👍)

I purchased a used vehicle yesterday.
I purchased a used vehicle yesterday. After waiting an hour in there “holding room”.I met with the Finance manager, Justin. There was a miscommunication on the price. I thought I was agreeing to the price of the vehicle which included all their fees and taxes. I was not aware it also included my trade in. Justin “REMINDED” me 3 times that is what I signed and agreed to. Each time I told him I did not know my trade in was included he had to “REMIND”” me that is what I signed. I told him no deal. I was apologetic and ready to leave. At that point I needed my keys and saw my salesman Mike. I really liked Mike, great guy easy to work with. He was able to get the deal done. If it was not for him I would still be looking for a vehicle.
