Service rep explained basic vs enhanced service and did not try to up-sale me when I chose basic. No sales pressure. The service was performed promptly with an online written report and my car was returned washed. No additional items were needed or recommended. My loaner car was the same model as my car being serviced.

Great dealer and good service Henry Chang was my advisor for the 2nd time. He communicated very well, provide a Uber both ways. Car came in dirty and it was washed very great, Zero water spots, etc.

Lower than 5 stars because of initial ability to correct problem with GPS. The buying process was rated lower because the financial representative did not reflect/document the total down payment and on three separate times quoted a figure to be paid $5,000 more than quoted/calculated. The official billing quoted a price $5,000 higher and on all three occasions was challenged and met by ?Oh, I forgot?. Unacceptable.

Friendly Porsche dealer - they are not pretentious and treat everyone the same. Ask for Garrick. I've known him for over 10 years, I was his first P-Car customer when he was at another local P-car dealer. He's a solid person and will not tell you anything that he's not sure of. My wife and I had a great experience at Porsche Irvine. We actually just walked in to test drive a new Cayenne and actually ended up purchasing a Cayenne GTS. I was very impressed with the sales person, Nick Sowlati, he took the time to show us the differences of the various models and was extremely knowledgeable of all the options and trims. We test drove several models. Nick was great about answering all our questions. The purchase process was easy and the team including the Finance person, Eddie, was a pleasure to work with. The facility and condition of the dealership is impressive.
