He is very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful and went out of his way to answer my questions and address all of my concerns. Service rep explained basic vs enhanced service and did not try to up-sale me when I chose basic. No sales pressure. The service was performed promptly with an online written report and my car was returned washed. No additional items were needed or recommended. My loaner car was the same model as my car being serviced.

Great dealer and good service Henry Chang was my advisor for the 2nd time. He communicated very well, provide a Uber both ways. Car came in dirty and it was washed very great, Zero water spots, etc.
