My experience at Porsche Irvine has always been good; everything from the buying process, service department and the staff at Porsche. They are knowledgeable on all of their vehicles and it makes you feel comfortable whether you are buying or just taking the car in for service! Lastly, they are honest and that is very important and appreciated!

I have been reaching out to Eddie in the gap refund
I have been reaching out to Eddie in the gap refund department since February 18th 2025 about a refund due to me for an early pay off. I left voice mail on April 14, 2025, Shannon sent several urgent emails, I spoke with Eddie on April 16, 2025 he said they will send the refund. I talk to him again on May 1, 2025, he said it take 4 to 6 week to receive and they will prorate the amount. It have been 8 weeks since I spoke to him so I called again today and Shannon sent anorher urgent email and I left anorher voice mail because I havent heard or received anything. I ask if anyone else can help but of course no one elsa can. Everyone ignor the fact that I have been patient and need my money. Who can and will help me if Eddie won't

This is an autonation store that charges astronomical
This is an autonation store that charges astronomical labor for an oil change. I went in this morning, after making an appointment, and was surprised to find out an oil change is $650!!!! They are charging $400 in labor for an oil change! Highway robbery! I would suggest you steer clear of this dealership unless you like getting essentially stolen from for a oil change. This is a shame to the Porsche Brand and to Autonation specifically. Shame!!!!
