I only purchase cars from this dealership since 2005, have purchased 6 vehicles during that time, I have always dealt with Jack Holt directly and he has always given me a fair deal and goes above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied. Jay Ashcroft is also someone who I have got to know through the years, I have been treated very well by others during the process through the years. Truthfully, I believe I have always been given a fair price point by this dealership and they never waste my time. I am very thankful that I have found this dealership and see no reason that I will not continue to take my business to this dealership exclusively. A footnote, the service department is very good also.

This dealer came up with a better quote for my RAV4 XLE Hybrid thaan the rest of the dealer close to Nashville. The guy who attended us, John Schmitz, made a formidable job guiding us trough the process of leasing the vehicle. John really set the bar high up for the rest of the dealer staff. Their test drive was route was good enough to feel highway, rural, and non-busy areas around there. The place was tidy, clean, and friendly. They did also offer things like coffee and water, so good for them.

I had a great experience here, I went and test drove a Tacoma and the next day returned to buy it. I worked with Ronnie Policari (sales) and Jay Ashcroft (business manager) and I highly recommend both of them. Ronnie has great friendly personality, and is a non-pushy sales guy who genuinely listens to what you want. Jay is a delightfully straight to the point guy who doesn’t try to add on extra crap you don’t need.

Jack was so pleasant to work with! He made the whole process so easy. I was able to leave within 2 hours with a brand new RAV4.
