The staff was friendly. My car was dirty and the oil was black. Very little fuel. These are details that stand out and make me want to purchase or not purchase from drivetime again.

Will not fix my car under the 30 warranty!!!! Red flag nooo!!! I have power stirring all over my driveway. I repeat , they will not fix your under the 30 day warranty. The car has to be completely disabled.

I won't say bad customer service, because you have to actually interact with someone before you can decide whether you got good or bad service. After writing back & forth on the internet a total of 5 times we let them know what time we would be there. We waited about 30 minutes inside and on the lot, we tried to approach a few employees with no response. We decided to leave, as we left we stopped and told one of the sales people that we were just going to go to another dealership, he threw up his hand and said, "WELL BYE!" As it turned out they really did us as a favor because the next dealership was very glad to see us, and we bought our dream car!

Seen a Dodge Challenger I was interested in. Brandon the salesman said they was waiting for the title. I said this is the car I want to purchase. Brandon Replied that car is yours, even if he had to hide the keys. I even called a couple times to check. Ran up there to check the status of the vehicle. I was told they got the title and sold it the very same day. I was not emailed or notified and they waisted my time for over a week. NOT A WAY TO TREAT PEOPLE.. DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. MY OPINION IS THIS PLACE SUCKS. CAN'T WAIT TO REPORT THE TO EVERYONE.

The best decision I could have made was, when I purchase a car at the Pelham Drive Time location. Thanks to Gavin Crawford , what an awesome guy, he help me through the whole process, and I was very satisfied. Great experience. Thanks to everyone, especially Gavin.your the best!
