My husband and I walked and and Mrs Beverly was such a kind and helpful spirit.

I recently bought a 2018 VW atlas from this location we had the car 8days and it broke down started overheating we had to get towed and get a rental with no help from the dealer or Bridgecrest who we financed it from , we are currently making payments on a car we do not have or are we driving . I spoke with their manger Arron and all he could recommend is a shop to take it to so on top of the down payment we are paid for our rental and tow . Just read the fine print cause once you leave that lot they do not care ! Good luck stick with dealerships

Walked in not knowing what to expect, I made an appointment and was seen very quickly. (Even though I had arrived a half hour early and a whole day later than scheduled). Robert explained my options to me after he ran my credit and reviewed my income. Leasing and financing plans were explained to me in a simple fashion and deciding for myself, was made easy. They work with you and are very reasonable. I had an overall great experience and would defiantly recommend Drive Time to a friend. The staff even laughed at my corny jokes.

From the moment I walked in the door there was a sense of ease and comfort! The staff went above and beyond to make me comfortable. My sales associate Robert explained everything very clearly and even better listened to what u wanted and the best part was how he did everything he could to assure tha I got exactly what I wanted. The people were nice and funny, also they had great excellence customer service. They take the time to help customers to rebuild there credit and make payments that fit customers budget.

Driver time is a very professional and enthusiastic dealership. Everyone was friendly and concerned about making their customers comfortable and happy. My experience here was great and easy. Everything was explained to me in detail and I wasn't made to look like a fool or embarrassed here at Drivetime as other dealerships has a was of making you feel bad about even having come in to talk with them. I left with the truck I wanted and now am happy.
