Bought a 2017 Ford Fusion. Customer service was great when we were signing paperwork. But two weeks later the car broke, had to jump through hoops to even get it repaired. Then November we are called stating our metal plates are in for the car. We finally get intouch with someone today, guess what no plates. My tag goes out next week and they can’t even tell us where our plates are at. State they have no record of even calling us. Yet their computer shows that the plates were issued in November. Yet they can’t find them. When asked what we do now, we get told it’s not their problem and we have to go to the DMV and pay for new plates. We didn’t lose our own plates.. then gives us a false number to file a complaint but luckily Bridgecrest gave us the correct number. Ashley wasn’t any help either. Said she called and spoke to the assistant store manager and he said he’d expedite the plates for us, yet never said that to us. How you gonna expedite something you don’t have? Then she states it would be at our cost still. What the xxxx?! We have recommended y’all to so many people! Yet we get treated like crap after we drive off the lot. SMH. Seriously disappointed in you guys.

Friendly service, good deals on used cars. Great customer service and good cars. The only dealership I've been too where I felt like the dealership wasn't running a scam on me.
