Terrible Experience
Sold me a car, took it in and was told there's transmission issues after the first day. Took it back got a different car, in paperwork said no hail damage. Hail inspection came by 3 days later, showed me hail damage. Went to take this one back, and they dropped the "professionalism" and complained I caused the hail damage myself, and wasted 8 hours of their time in trying to find something that was actually worth paying the amount of money I was giving them. These were the cars with the lowest mileage on the lot so I can only imagine. The commercial makes me sick now everytime I see it.

Good for 1st timers or tight situation.
Got my son into a decent newer car with it being his 1st time purchase. Everyone in the dealership was polite and professional. Joshua C. was great to work with. Finance was a pleasure to work with as well. Interest rates are high, so best to have an exit plan for the car loan!

worst experience ever, they sold me a car with a bad engine then when i put a buy down the customer service agent lied to me on the phone. WATCH OUT THEY SELL BAD CARS AND LIE, ALSO THEY DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANYTHING

Great service
We went in just to inquire about a Ford Escape they had listed on Craigslist. We expected another rejection but ended up leaving with the Escape. The salesmen were very helpful & went out of their way to make sure we left with a new vehicle. DeRay made sure we had full coverage & temp tags before heading home. We got to Kearney with it & the CV joints started popping. Somehow, they didn't pop once during the test drive. We called DeRay as soon as it started & he assured us we're covered & can get it repaired with no cost. Overall, we're happy with our experience.

Check engine oil before leaving with new car
I bought an '06 Kia Spectra from drivetime 3 days ago. I checked the oil yesterday after putting gas in it for the first time and noticed it was very runny and high on the dipstick. I took it to get looked at and there was 6 quarts of oil in it. It's a tiny little 4 cylender engine that takes no more than 4 quarts of oil. They should fire whoever does the oil changes at the dealership. Aside from this, I'm happy with my Kia. I'd recommend drivetime to others, but I highly recommend checking the fluids before buying! Too much oil will ruin an engine. Their staff was very friendly

New car
I had a great experience with Drive time, they got me in a great car within 3 hours...I just didn't know it was that easy considering I had just filed bankruptcy 6 months ago. The agent that worked with me was Steven, I appreciate his optimism in getting me in a car. We were referred by my step daughter and she has had a great experience with Drive Time as well. Jeep broke down in less than a week
I bought my 06 Jeep last week with them and this week its broke down and I've mIssed two days of work and I'm still waiting approval to have jeep fixed. Catilac converter and possibly transmission. If I lose my job I lose my car, house and I'm single mom with 2 kids doing everything on my own. I just want Jeep fixed or get me into another vehicle. I don't mind paying just need reliabilty please.

I AM VERY HAPPY WITH MY EXPERIENCE HERE,I WAS VERY DISCOURAGED DUE TO BAD CREDIT, LIMITED INCOME ETC. Although I didn't reach my goal as far as pymts go I am happy with my vehicle and how hard they worked for me. Definitely a place to go if you are looking
