Krystal made the car buying process so easy. She got all my paperwork and finance information while I was out for my test drive. This was the quickest I’ve ever purchased a vehicle!!!

SHARDS OF GLASS!

SHARDS OF GLASS! I will elaborate soon on how hard they ripped us off, intentionally, and how little they actually care about their customers. Emily Lenhart just wanted that commission check so badlyso she could buy a Fendi purse. Not caring about our little family or repercussions. Our Christmas and traveling plans means absolutely nothing to them. We bought the lemon 3 days ago. THREE. DAYS. Dead in driveway. We bought EVERY warranty they threw at us. But they won't help. Refused to tow, refused to even talk on the phone. Transfered us to customer service KNOWING they were closed. Delay, delay, delay, to push us passed our 5 day return window. We had a small budget to travel to visit our father in law, it's blown on buying a new starter that we were assured was in good condition. Emily Lenhart STILL ignores our emails, of me simply asking where she FORCED me to leave her a good review. UPDATE: turning on the defrost for the 1st time 2 nights ago, literal SHARDS OF GLASS flew into our faces. Not a a factory (kia) windshield so an accident of some sort was indeed withheld from us. Edit 2: 2nd time turning on heat, glass DID fly into my right eye and I'm headed to the hospital ON CHRISTMAS To the "customer service" response below. YOU should be calling US.

100,000 miles on a used car, can't be good.

I have been looking at all of these vehicles and am wondering how is anyone having a Great Experience when every car has high mileage on them. I have seen cars 100,000 miles on them. Are U serious?
