my fiance and I were sold a car by soloman, who honestly was the worst customer service rep I've ever experienced. He was nothing but rude and underminding the whole time he avoided speaking to me to talk to my fiance the entire sales process. I really think he didnt want to deal with me because I am a women and didnt want to hear anything I had to say and talked over me the whole time. Dont buy from them unless you want to have to put your car in a shop within the same month of purchase and pay 29,000 for a 13,000 car. Go anywhere but to drivetime Chattanooga

I was very impressed with the service I received during my visit at Drive Time (Chattanooga, Tn). The staff was awesom and Quincy, demonstraed excellent customer services. Their were no rushing or nerves worrying hidden agenda to deal with. Just business! I did purchase a beautiful and maintenance cared car at Drive Time, during my visit that day and I am very satisfied with this car, it's proformance, and the whole over all commitment that the staff of Drive Time shared with me. I would recommend any one in the market looking to purchase a great vehicle, Drive Time of Chattanooga, Tenn, is a excellent place to shop first!

The staff is very friendly, and they made this a very easy process. The only reason I gave a 4 in customer service and quality of work is because the key fob I was given does not work and I was told to go online and order a new one. For the price I am paying for the car, I think that should have been done for me. Never the less, overall, I had a great experience.
