They got us in a car after we had been given outrageous
They got us in a car after we had been given outrageous terms by other dealers. Highly recommend and special thank you to Edwin!! The whole process was smooth and he answered every question my husband and I had! Definitely recommend to try here first before wasting your time at other dealerships.

was sold a piece of xxxx
bought a car from this place on friday, by the following week it started leaking coolant, warranty fixed it. the following week same thing another coolant leak, warranty fixed it. the following week after that one of the front lights went out, warranty replaced the bulb. come to find out the other light went out, took it to a repair place that was listed under the warranty, it wasn't the bulb on either side it was the pigtail connector that had burned out, warranty isn't covered, had to pay out of pocket. few months go by and the car is leaking coolant again, paid out of pocket for the repair, know i'm leaking oil in 3 different places, we'll warranty doesn't cover that. this placed sold me a piece of xxxx. haven't even had the car 6 months and all these repairs, riduculous. called the dealership and they gave me the corporate office to talk to them and they wont even help cause it's not covered under warranty. the first 3 visits were covered only because it was under the 30 day warranty. don't go to this dealership, they will sell you a piece of xxxx

got pre-approved for anything on their lot so my wife and...
got pre-approved for anything on their lot so my wife and I drove an hour to the Louisville location just to be cussed out, accused of having a DWI on my record which is untrue, accused of falsifying information, my social security card and driver's license stolen and withheld from me by staff, cussed out, threatened to call the cops on, cussed out again, and then upon leaving driving off with my pregnant wife was cussed out and flipped off. Do not go to this location I will be actually taking legal action for defamation of character against a lady there that accused me of having stuff on my record in front of everyone and was loud about it. Completely unprofessional and will never do a DriveTime transaction again in my life.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Ineffeciency in dealing with the paper works resulting to receiving my plate number a day to the expiration of the temporary plate. And the manager was RUDE when I complained about the month on my inspection sticker because they called me back to redo the inspection due to their own error!!! So I didn't understand why the previous month was on it and needed an explanation but he asked me instead: "WHAT MORE DO YOU EXPECT FROM ME?" Like seriouslly??? As if it was my fault?.

Total Loss
This company was good at getting me into a car with 29% interest but once the car was totalled 3 1/2 years later they didn't communicate with my insurance clearly to get the pay off in a timely manner and charged me 2 weeks extra and a payment and a half on top of my pay off that was sitting in my bank account waiting for them. Nobody in total loss even listened to my frustrations instead they just said there was nothing they could do.
