Hi! My name is Glorethia Brown I am nurse at the V A Hospital in the Houston Medical Center. I applied online and was approved , I came in to your dealership... on 10/14/2019 around 10:30 am that morning. I walk your dealership lot for about 15 to 20 minutes there was employees that was parking cars on the lot. I seen I know for sure 3 different employees parking cars on the lot why I was out out browsing the lot know one spoke to me know one asked did I need any help at all after some one called me repeatedly for 3 weeks straight.I finally went in the store front I ask the young lady could someone help me please , she told me to wait a minute ,I then proceed to tell the young lady that I had been outside for over 20 minutes and no one spoke are ask me could they help me . The customer service there sucks and your sales people are rude , THANK YOU BUT NO THANK YOU ,I AM A FIRM BELIEVER THAT MY MONEY IS GREEN AND IT CAN SPEND ANYWHERE . I WAS VERY DISPLEASE WITH THE BEHAVIOR OF YOUR SALES PEOPLE I AM SORRY BECAUSE YOU REALLY Had A CAR THAT I WAS INTERESTED IN PURCHASING .
The people where nice and friendly. They showed us a couple of cars. Their prices are a little higher than other used car dealerships. The facility was... open and bright.
