The location drive time in laurel seemed great initially. My sales agent seemed nice and knowledgeable. To his credit he very well could be, but the location as a whole is awful. I purchased my car and I have been waiting for my title to come for over 6 months now. There has been no communication and no answers. I have had to contact the MVA because I am driving on expired tags and cannot get new ones without the title to MY car. The MVA has started an investigation only to discover that I am not alone. They have done this same thing to at least one other person in the past 6 months. It is absolutely ridiculous. They will not even answer the states questions about what the issues are. I have been trying to contact them repeatedly but the customer service is completely useless. I just want my title so I can drive my car without having to worry about getting in trouble. Please do not buy a car here, save yourself the trouble. This place is just short of a scam.
