Surprised
I bought my first car from drive time almost 2 years ago. Had such an amazing experience then I decided I would go to them again. First day I go to them to look for a car that good on gas I am shown this dirty car and it's engine is making a squeal when turning the wheel. For a bit higher priced than I wanted. Then that day we look at a car in my range and it looks good on the outside, but inside is very dirty, remembering my car got a cleaning before I left in the first vehicle. That didn't bother me. So I proceeded. Finding out I had to put a lot of money down was a shock since the first time I only put 500 down. And I was told that the car I was getting was going to cost me more per month than the more expensive vehicle blew my mind, the math still doesn't add up. So I said I would have to come back tomorrow. So I made sure with the agent I only had to come in and sign all the documents with little to no wait. Second day I go in was greates and told that this new guy would get my paper work to sign and that he would be back in just a minute. 30 minutes pass and I look for him he is laying over on the front desk talking to a thenice lady who greeted me. He noticed me look right at him then Moises over like it's killing him to walk over an talk to me and says it will be just a bit longer. 10 more minutes pass. He comes back then says we need more information... At that point I said I am not sure why you need anything because we did it all yesterday so I wouldn't have to do anything but sign! The guy the first day didn't finish his work but this should only be a few minutes more... Got all the stuff he needs.. He walks a way another hour rolls by ok then the nice lady at the desk goes over all the paper work to sign then she leaves.. 20 minutes later another lady comes buy and gets all the legal state paper work.. 25 more minutes pass then he comes back and tries to set me up a new account. I am like I already have a car with you. Then says there is a balance due I said its on auto pay well then says you have to pay this be for we can sell u the car. I said I would love to but I can't stop auto pay if you can then I will. So he shrugs his shoulders and then walks away...15 more minutes goes by comes and says here are your keys says sorry it took so long walks away. No thank for being a loyal customer or shakes my hand... I will never recomend them to anyone ever again

We love the whole experience. Just lost my father and then my car broke down 3 days after the my last car broke down as well neither could be fix. When here and they were so helpful. Will recommend drive time to all my family and friends

This was an easy experience, which is typically not true with most other dealerships. Expect a high interest rate and slightly higher prices, but also expect to find a vehicle even if your credit isn't great. So far, overall, I'm very happy with the experience.
