I despise driving so I sold my car last year. When my sister sat and broke down how much I’m spending on UBER (over 2k a month) it was a no brainer that I needed a car. I work 3 jobs and needed something economical but still reliable and nothing fancy. I found 3 things; 1). Drivetime, 2): Cute little Hyundai Veloster, and 3). BLAKE MITCHENER.. Truly a lifesaver and did everything he could do as quick as possible (ya girl is sleep deprived lol). This will definitely NOT be my last purchase here!! I cannot thank this staff enough for their hospitality and kindness!!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. You will walk out smiling & be back in 3 months or less because of mechanical issues. They sold my friend a car with a hole in the engine, & myself a car with a lien still on it, which is illegal. Sierra hasn't been very pro-active on my case nor has her team in trying to resolve. They haven't been taking the appropriate measures to get this resolved. Instead I've been doing the leg work for them trying to get myself out of this. They just care about selling the car and nothing else that might happen after. Also the manager (Tuy) at the Sahara location wasn't very helpful either. He didn't even look at my file, he just said I'm sorry your going through this, but there isn't any further updates. DO NOT Buy, YOUR MAKING A MISTAKE if you do !

Talked to office and asked about prior accidents to which I was told vehicle had none. I drove from lake havasu to Vegas to see the vehicle. It’s center console and back seat leather was damaged. Could’ve told me and sent a pic, and saved me the trip. Someone will be okay with the damage. You behaved shady with me. Hope this doesn’t happen to the next buyer.

I would love to thank Elena Aldama for helping me get a car right when she help me. She promised and did everything she can to help me walk out with a car, not leaving me empty handed. She was very kind and resourceful. Hands down i give her an outstanding excellent job. She is the best i recommend her if ever u need a vehicle. She will help you an not make u regret any decision thats made.

Every persons experience is different but my was one that I will never forget. I had such an easy, stress free time purchasing my car here that it makes me love and appreciate my vehicle that much more. I had been to at least 8-9 dealers in the last 8-9 months and every one was a horrible experience. Glad I chose this dealer. It was an unexpected experience but one I am great full for!
