Poor paint job on front bumper. Was told to take the vehicle as it was or cancel the car buying deal. 16 days after the dealer had it in the shop. I purchased the vehicle on 3/10/19 and got it back on 3/30/19. The repair was listed on the we owe sheet from the dealer that they signed. Overspray on the fog light housing and grill. Bubble in the paint. No warranty since it was an in house deal. Was told to take it or leave it. Disgusting customer service.
Walking in, I was unsure of what my outcome of my goal would be. I've been searching for a new upgrade for a few months prior to purchase to make sure I would have a good deal. When I met Jeremy and Jeff, they made us feel welcome. My parents like the way the car was described anlong with all the safety features. When the negotation began, we were very pleased in the professional way that Jeff spoke to us and showed us the information. We were very pleased with all they way they answered our concerns and our questions. Especially when Jeff said he would call and check in with me a few days after the purchase. Forever in eternity, I was pleased, amazed and felt confident with this purchase. I am still however, still in a sticker shock of mind that I rolled off the lot with the car having it all in my name! Thanks for all you guys did!!
