The worst dealership I have seen.

The worst dealership I have seen. DO not return phone calls. Walk in the woman that is there to greet you, is playing on the phone. Service Department never return calls. I purchased a new car after having so much trouble with the previous vehicle which was purchased new and was only 18 mos old. When I purchased the current one was in the dealership from 1 pm to 8 pm. They could not get the paper work finish.. PC error, came back the next day. Promise two tanks of fuel for the delays . Go in they denied making that promise. I could go on with the problems at this dealership...Lies.lies.do not return phone calls!. finance, service department.

We had an awesome buying experience at Stivers with Rico

We had an awesome buying experience at Stivers with Rico as our salesman. We were greeted immediately and shown the car we wanted to buy. Rico was very knowledgeable and friendly during the entire process. Grant in the finance department was friendly and explained all the paperwork. We were handled with care, and the buying process was at a pace that was just right for our needs. Great buying experience.

Me and my wife were looking to purchase our granddaughter

Me and my wife were looking to purchase our granddaughter her first vehicle . After visiting three dealerships we had made a decision to give her our vehicle. We stopped by the Stivers Hyundai parking lot, and met Thomas Sanchez. We were impressed by his attention to detail, professional demeanor and knowledge of vehicles. Our goal was to look for a vehicle that we thought would be beneficial for her, initially searching without her because of her work hours. Once we saw this vehicle we sat down with Thomas and explained to Thomas that this was a vehicle our granddaughter was solely going to be to purchase on her own. She would go through the entire process herself from start to finish. She got off a little early from work to sign the contract and pay for the car. When we brought her in to dealership Thomas noticed she was a little nervous and excited. This was her first big purchase and it hadn’t really hit her about making this exciting life changing purchase. What amazed me was his insight of how he noticed her excitement and calmed her by expressing he would be there to answer any questions she may have at any time. This was something I truly appreciated. She was guided throughout the whole process. By the time she finished the purchase and keys were given to her she was ecstatic. This interaction resulted in her buying a certified pre-owned 2021 Hyundai Tucson. Mr. Sanchez was absolutely amazing. I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to help us throughout this process. He didn’t try to push her to get anything different. He was very attentive to us, made sure we had water and were comfortable. I consider him part of our family and look forward to our next purchase Thomas Sanchez should be considered for a sales manager/ training manager position.

Gabriel has extraordinary customer service skills.

Gabriel has extraordinary customer service skills. He is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of servicing the vehicles. Personally, when I have issues with my vehicle, even it is a simple oil change. I do not want anyone else to handle my service. He is that good.

Unprofessional and arrogant.

I purchased a 2024 Hyundai Santa Cruz sel Online and

I purchased a 2024 Hyundai Santa Cruz sel Online and Shaun Miller the sales consultant was fantastic,very knowledgeable,shot videos, and was just great throughout the whole process.My wife had previously driven a 24’and a 25’ so I have bought online before and not worried. We got a great deal and also helped with helped getting the truck loaded onto the transport and shows us by video. I would highly recommend this dealership and ask for Shaun Miller.

Purchased new Santa Fe 9/24.

Purchased new Santa Fe 9/24. It was delivered with residue on the hood and small scratches on the door, which we had to pay to have removed since we live 150 miles away. We also had to buy window washer fluid as it was very low (1.5 gallons low). Nolan assured us on video that the vehicle was detailed and ready. On the plus side they did deliver it to me.

I popped in expecting to make an appointment for oil

I popped in expecting to make an appointment for oil change, etc and Todd said they could do it right then! I was out in less time than it took to check through emails πŸ˜„ and Todd was super courteous. I really appreciate all the folks at Stivers and I just like going there!❀️
