This place is a joke they change their pricing all the time. They cant tell the truth buyers be aware! Stay away! Cant get an answer from salesman and... mgr refuses to call back
This has to be the slack and most unprofessional company that’s I have ever had to deal with. Managers calling me on my phone yelling and saying what... Im going to do, to not honoring their word or giving any type of customer satisfaction. I bought a used car from this location in November. I let them know about a couple different issues on the car one being the head light. I stated that I was not working properly and should be fixed. Stivers stated that they could not fix the problem and I would have to take the car to dodgeland and I would have to use my own warranty ( 1st mistake) When I pointed out this problem at the time I got this car. I took the car and dodge stated that it would be close to 1300 to get the care fixed. Because they did not want to pay 1300 they let my care sit a dodge until they were ready to get. The problem that I have is that instead of fixing the car they rather push it off on someone else. Which is crazy. That means I will be with out my car for almost three week because of the slackness of this company. Then they allowed me to get a car to drive. But they come pick me in a dirty car. The car was filthy full of trash. But that is how they think of me after they got my money. I spoke to Jason (general manager) and he did nothing. I caught him and his employees lying about trying to get dodge to fix the car. They had never called or spoke to dodge/Chrysler but that was what they where telling me to get me to hush. There has still not been a Resolution or any attempt to fix this problem. I don’t fell I should have to pay to fix the body control module when I pointed this out at the time I got the car. I would not recommend the company to anyone PERIOD! They do not treat you right. Once you have spent the money then the customer service is gone.
Stay away! Was told the vehicle I was purchasing had Apple CarPlay and after getting it home I find out it doesnt. Was dealing with Jason Miller who is... the GM trying to resolve the issue and was like pulling teeth to get a response from him. Was very short in the emails. Go somewhere else to buy your vehicles.

Basic oil change, review of recall item and a loud moan from the condenser when the AC is on was evaluated. Service advisor Jeffrey Schaffer kept me informed.... The shop technician explored several possibilities for eliminating the loud moan noise that occurs when the air conditioning is on and the car is stopped at a red light. We took a ride trying to duplicate the sound but the noise did not occur at the same level. Nice job on the car wash at the end of the appointment. Greatly appreciated!
Best car buying experience! Robert Derrick did a great job of selling the car without being pushy. Business manager was also great to work with for financing.... Didn’t pressure us to buy services we didn’t want. Very friendly, informed and laid back staff
Kaleb, my service representative, was professional and personable. Antoine took me home with very little wait time. The work was completed in a reasonable... time frame. My car was returned to me repaired, vacuumed, and washed.
