Great customer service and very nice inventory of

Great customer service and very nice inventory of vehicles available. Yousif was very helpful through out my experience there and after I bought my car I appreciate his great customer service and everyone at Glenview luxury imports. Its truly a great place to buy a nice car.

A very pleasant experience working with Natalie while

A very pleasant experience working with Natalie while purchasing my first “online” purchase through her dealership. She was very prompt in responding to my many questions and along with Dimitri, were able to provide me an outstanding on my new vehicle. A fair price was initially provided and then “sweetened” the deal to make it even more attractive. Can’t really say enough about this experience.

I cannot say enough good things about the service

I cannot say enough good things about the service department. I had brought my car to another dealer who couldn't solve the problem. From my first moment on the phone with Gary, I felt like I was in good hands. It took a while to correct the issues the other dealer caused, but, it was worth it. I can't speak to their sale department, but, if they a half as good as their service department, they have a customer for life. Thank you guys!!!!

I bought a nice vehicle from these guys which was

I bought a nice vehicle from these guys which was imported from Canada and I knew it at the time of purchase. However, they reassured me that the presented original MSRP was converted to US dollars. I purchased the vehicle and did a bit of research a couple of days later. Found out that the given numbers were in Canadian dollar and therefore inflated. Since this was partly my own fault, I didn't want to return the vehicle or make a big deal of it (which wasn't possible anyway), though I did mention it to the salesman. This was when they all became defensive and the accusatory and disrespectful texts and emails started coming in. I owed them some money since I had forgotten to give a check to the porter who was an absolute gentleman and they were supposed to send me a link to pay (this was only a couple of grands). I never saw that email until a week and a half later when I found it in my spam and paid the balance right away. Of course this was before I was threatened by a guy named Dominik (I believe he's the general manager) to be "arrested"!! Part of his email says: "I will get the authorities involved. Just as an fyi, a situation like this has presented its self in the past, and the person got arrested at their home." I am a professional and buy luxury vehicles every few months and have owned almost every brand including Lamborghinis, Ferraris, Bentleys, Porsches, etc etc. And I was taken back by this unprofessional and low class attitude. I've never been in such a situation. I am not going to tell anyone not to go to GLI, but if you do, be extremely careful. And BTW, there are many other luxury dealers that will appreciate your business.

I came from out of state to purchase.

I came from out of state to purchase. The process went extremely smoothly and quickly. Was an excellent dealership to work with and Banypal was very helpful.

Shaun made this the best car buying experience of my

Shaun made this the best car buying experience of my life. I had two cars I needed to trade into a single car. And the entire experience was painless and straightforward. The whole team at Glenview is absolutely amazing. They made sure I received a fair value for my trades, and I received a beautiful car from them. They have a lot of other high quality vehicles there, and you will be floored at some of their rare stuff like I was. Ill definitely get my next car from this place when it's time.

Do not buy a used car from this dealership.

Do not buy a used car from this dealership. Our salesman Yousif was outstanding along with the parts manager in explaining the features of our Jeep Wrangler. Very friendly and helpful. However, the management will dismiss you as a valid customer once you sign the dotted line. Never had this experience before. Purchased a car from McGrath a year ago and they still contact us to make sure we are happy with our vehicle. Not so much with this dealership. Once you drive off the lot you are on your own. Very disappointing!!!

When you purchased the car, our whole team helped you and your husband to ensure you guys felt comfortable and got a great deal. Our service Manager even explained and gave you insight on jeep ownership and answered many of your questions. When we sat down to do the deal, we were able to come to terms after giving you a substantial discount off of our special E price. You guys left and said you would leave a 5 star review because of the experience you had with us. Unfortunately a few days later you realized that the 11 year old car you purchased only cane with one key. We explained to you that the car came on trade in, and we only have one key. You were not happy and threatened us with bad reviews due to this. We apologized and offered to get you a key at "Dealer cost" and that did not satisfy you. We are sorry that the car only came with one key even though we delivered a great experience to you aside from that. If you have any questions please call management at 847 904 1233

I had a great experience working with My salesman, Yousif, and his manager, Dominik on my recent purchase of a Fisker Ocean One. They were so knowledgeable and explained every detail of the purchase process to me. I never felt pressured and was welcomed into the dealership like family. Yousif will be for sure my first call when I am back in the market for another vehicle.

I worked with Tarik to get my 2024 Alfa Romeo Stelvio and it was a really great experience. He was extremely patient through the sales process and took me through all my options and helped me find the best way to get what I wanted. I would certainly recommend using Tarik and the rest of the team at Glenview to purchase another car in the future and recommend them to anyone who's in the market!
