Worst experience ever at a dealership. Went to trade in mt vehicle and purchase a used vehicle, took a whole month to finally be done with this. The vehicle... wasn't ready to take home that day. 5 day return policy right no problem, WRONG. Went to pick up a few days later at night and realize no headlights, tail lights or rear blinkers. Asked for my down payment refund and cancel contrast. They agree to fix again. Went back next week to pick up and again no rear blinker or tail light. Tell them again I want to cancel, they refuse and ask for another chance. After many phone calls and no answers, still no vehicle, a month later I was finally able to get the contract cancelled and my down payment refunded. Sales Manager was extremely unprofessional and very rude.

This was the absolute worst car buying experience I?ve ever experienced. It?s over a week later and I?m still waiting for a return phone call to address... my concerns with the vehicle. I purchased a vehicle and it was NOT serviced before my purchase. There are just to many concerns to address. Trying to save some money by choosing this dealership, I will lose 3x the amount now trying to sell it back after only having the car for 14 days! Please think twice before buying a car from them.

I bought my car online through the Autonation in Phoenix. After they deposited my down payment of $5000, which they cashed before I even signed the contract,... they relied on me it seemed to contact them to find out what was going on. They didn't tell me the name of the person they sent the paperwork to locally to be signed and it became so frustrating I almost pulled out of the deal. They advertised and wrote on the contract that the car had 1951 miles and when it arrived it had 2154 miles. Doesn't sound like much, but I'm planning to keep it as a collector car and only drive it around 200 miles a year. So someone there drove it a year's worth to me. My overall impression was that they cared about getting money from me but didn't care much about me as a person.

Went for a repair and because I mention the oil change for transmission they ending saying that it need a repair which they didn?t mention at the beginning... if I had not say anything before and the guy couldn?t explain what was going bad with the car. I think it was a reap off they did honestly even went I went to pick off the car I ask and they just stay quite. Only they mention the car couldn?t be move but I drove it to ten dealer and no check engine showing so just don?t be doing that to customer that truly trust you guys!!!

I found a 2017 Chevy Volt with very low miles on sale at a very good price. I was very pleased with the deal. I checked the provided CarFax ( various... documentation) and was immediately and thoroughly convinced that this was a really good deal. It was such a good deal that I was happy to pay a shipping fee to purchase the vehicle in Phoenix (where the dealer is located) and have it trucked to my home in Albuquerque, NM. The car itself arrived in exactly the shape advertised. However, it arrived at 7:45 am on a weekday while I was getting out the door and heading to work. I had no notice it would be delivered at this very inconvenient time, and was perplexed why a company would do something like this (pissing me off and making me late for work!). From there I was disappointed that the vehicle was missing its charging cord. It's a plug-in hybrid, so it can run off of gas alone, but the charge cord is pretty important to forget. I wouldn't have minded so much if they just put it in the mail and sent it to me. However, as of the writing of this review it has been over 3 weeks that I've been dealing with "customer service" at the dealer, and I still don't have a charging cord. Each time I talk to someone they say they'll get me a charger, or that it's in the mail, but then it never arrives. When I communicate back to them there's always some stupid excuse (we ordered the wrong charger, or it wasn't in stock at the place we were going to get it from). Going into the 4th week of not have a charger, I have gone online and bought one on my own. It was extremely easy to find in stock, and get shipped. So whatever completely incompetent process the dealer here is using is just ridiculous. And its because they've been so terrible at doing the simple task, that instead of focusing on a good car I bought at a good price, I have to waste hours of my life dealing with people seemingly incapable of ordering a cord on the internet. Long and short, based on my experience with this dealer, you can find a good car at a good price. But their service is woefully inconsiderate and impressively incompetent.

The Sales Person was great.... the desk manager was horrible , the Finance department was horrible my overall opinion of the dealership is horrible
