Our experience with this dealership was very positive. I helped to purchase a car for my mother. She is 85 years old and everyone we worked with was very helpful and very patient with her. They explained things very thoroughly to her and didn’t overload her with information. And even told her to write down questions and make another appointment and come back to review any questions she had.

I was recently in the market for a new vehicle and was always a fan of Genesis so I stopped in at Genesis of Milwaukee. I previously test drove a GV70 and really liked it, but knew that it was too small so I was looking for something a little bigger. As I walked into the facility which was really nice and high scale I was met by Maria Stein a Sales & Leasing Consultant who was very pleasant and a joy to work with. She took her time explaining things to me, answering every question that I had and went over the options that was available to me. One thing that I noticed right away was that there was no pressure, the pressure was gone. I walked in a lot of car dealerships and walked away with headaches at the end but not this one. Once I decided which vehicle I wanted, we worked out some numbers and I had a trade-in and I was pretty satisfied with the numbers and might I add I receive the best numbers on the trade-in value from Genesis of Milwaukee out of all the dealerships that I had visit. The exact vehicle that I wanted was the GV80 a particular color interior and exterior, which they did not have in stock so I would either have to order one or they would have to do a search and try to locate one from another dealer. They located the vehicle from another dealer a few days later they had the vehicle all cleaned up shiny looking like it just found a new home and me and my wife took ownership. Maria went over everything about the new vehicles, all the bells and whistles in the new vehicle. And now I’m a happy owner of a Genesis GV80, thank you Maria, Peter, and Chris for everything
