I recently moved to Waukesha from Glendale and wanted to switch to the service department of a closer Hyundai dealer. I chose Boucher for my new service department and was not disappointed. My advisor Jean Sommers was helpful and courteous which was appreciated. I'll definitely be using Boucher for my cars service in the future.

It is difficult to get an oil change scheduled via the website within 2 weeks. When I called directly to the service department and let them know I could leave the car for a few days, they gladly booked me in over-flow and then completed the service within 24 hours.

The salesman we had was friendly and helpful. I was turned off by the pricing of the vehicles. We made an offer on a car but the salesman came back with a counter offer of 1000.00 more. We turned down the offer and said we would look elsewhere for a car. At that time he said we could have the car for our original asking price. I understand there is haggling but I left the dealership feeling like we were being taken for as much money as possible. I will not shop a Boucher dealer for a car again. Thank you

Really Really GREAT SERVICE and it was the first time EVER I didn't feel like a number from a dealer service area. Clean area and on-time for my oil change. Easy peasy.

Buying from this dealership was an awful experience to say the least. I was lied to right to my face by my salesman Dade M. and once again by the used car sales manager named Luke W. They were supposed to take care of a broken visor issue before I took delivery but never did so. Luke committed fraud by signing off on the repair but it was never completed. Stay far away from these corrupt individuals. They will scam you just to save money on a deal. TIM F.

Dan offered incredible service and great communication throughout the time our car was being repaired. We had an unusual issue which was covered under warranty and everything was handled very professionally - did not require me nagging or calling in for updates/explanations. A car wash would have been the cherry on top but that’s just me being overly critical :)
