Fast , Easy and Hassale free
Everything went smooth from sales to financing . Fawn was a great help in finding me the right car and in my price range could not be happier. She was very Knowledgeable on all of the options on my new car . Also Financing could not have went better came in sat down signed the paperwork done deal .

Where do I begin. First of all we walked in and were greeted by a man in a suit who told us someone would be with us shortly. A few minutes later we met Alex Dominguez. Alex was less then friendly, right from the start. Our vehicle had a recall and started on fire. We were in town for 2 funerals. We explained our situation to him. We also had no idea what car we were wanting, due to the misfortune of the recall fire. Alex put us in 3 different types of cars. I told him "the VIN number would need to be run to get us special pricing." Alex "wanted to get us into the right car first." No VIN's were run. We were more interested in a great price then which vehicle, as this fire caught us off guard. He wouldn't run VIN's because he told us "if you didn't notice when you walked in we've been very busy today." We should have spoken to his manager at this point or just walked, but due to our busy schedules back home (we live 6 hours away) we stayed in hopes he would get better. We did not buy the day we went in, we needed to sleep on it. We went back the following day to give him another chance and to hopefully purchase a Santa FE. We all have bad days, right? Turns out.. he just isn't friendly at all. When we decided on which vehicle, he asked which one of us typed faster. I then went around the desk and began doing his job entering our information in his computer! Wow!! I have to say Anthony in finance was great and even told him of our experience. Also, we spoke to Ryan F. as well, also helpful.. but Alex has definitely ruined any chance of future returns to Boucher Hyundai!

WOULD APPRECIATE BEING INFORMED OF SAVINGS EVEN IF CUSTOMER DOESN'T PRESENT A COUPON AT THE TIME OF APPOINTMENT. ie OIL CHANGE, AIR AND CABIN FILTER CHANGES AND SENIOR DIST COUNT AVAILABLE ESPECIALLY. THAT IS NOT HEAVILY PROMOTED. FOUND OUT ABOUT THAT AFTER THE FACT FROM A NEIGHBOR.

Dan Doble is awesome, he always takes excellent care of my car problems and helps me in anyway he can. He has always made it a pleasure to bring my car in. Chris Baker has always been great as well. This men are the guys to call on it you need anything. They will take great care of you.

Good experience for first time Hyundai customers
It was busy on the Saturday that we were car shopping, and we had never purchased a Hyundai previously. In fact, I had a somewhat negative connotation of the brand from years past, and I had not been tracking the company. Their Palisade was very highly consumer and safety rated, so that's why we checked them out. Even on the busy day, the staff took time to walk through details of what made their vehicles so competitive, and ensure that we had all of our questions answered. I also thought they were very good at listening to what was important to us and look for a solution, rather than just trying to talk us into something we weren't as interested in. Good experience with Boucher, and we've been very happy with the vehicle.
