Absolutely unacceptable service – avoid this dealership
Absolutely unacceptable service – avoid this dealership at all costs. We have been taking our vehicle to this dealership’s service department for the same recurring issue for over six months. Each visit results in a different explanation for the same unresolved problem, and despite having an extended warranty, I have already paid nearly $1,000 in deductibles and so-called "non-covered" items. This is outrageous and unacceptable. The most recent visit took things to a whole new level of negligence and danger. They knowingly returned the vehicle to my wife in an unfixed and unsafe condition, with instructions that she must take it and bring it back again for warranty purposes. This reckless decision put her life and my grandchildren's lives in danger—there is absolutely no excuse for releasing a vehicle that you know is not safe to drive. To make matters worse, trying to reach the service manager or general manager is a dead end—they are never available or even at the dealership. The last time we were contacted, we were told we’d need to pay another fee for the same ongoing issue or the warranty would not cover it. This sounds like nothing short of a threat and a tactic to pressure more money out of customers for a problem they have failed to fix. This is not just poor service—it’s unethical and potentially dangerous. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this dealership for service stay far away. They do not stand behind their work, fail to communicate honestly, and show no concern for customer safety.
