In my opinion Avoid this place
Avoid this place!!! We looked at a car and decided we liked it. We were dealing with Gee. Decided we wanted to get the car on Saturday, we had to jump through all kinds of hoops to get the actual price. That should have been the warning sign! Agreed on the price Saturday over the phone but we were in Virginia. Told him we would be up Monday at about 5:30 to pick up the car. He called us on Monday at 11:30 to confirm we were coming up. We told him yes and drove up from Virginia. We get there and he is too busy to really help us. He knew who we were since he called us by name.Then shows us the wrong car and finally tells us he just sold the car we had driven up to get but he has others. Classic bait and switch. We walked out. I will not buy anything from these people!
We understand that you were offered the option to give a deposit to hold the car, but you declined, and we also notified you before your next visit to our dealership that the car was sold. We do take every effort to communicate with potential buyers and provide updates as needed. Thank you.
Best dealership I’ve ever dealt with on my leasing
My experience with Gee the sales person was great straight to the point no stress no BS just was treated courteously caring n Proffessional I’ve been to a few dealerships was very disappointment by how not to treat a customer.

The process of buying my car back in May 2020 was great until I realized weeks later that I had put in to transfer my plates and they mistakenly put in to register my vehicle for new plates. A couple of weeks later they mailed me more “temporary” Plates with a note that I was still waiting for my custom plates which was extremely confusing. I only realized the mistake after the DMV contacted me saying they were going to suspend my license. After multiple attempts of trying to figure out what was wrong (calling the dmv, my insurance company and the dealership multiple times) the dealership informed me of the mistake and told me I was going to be refunded the difference. That was in August 2020. It is now November and I have called multiple times informing them that I never received the difference only to be put on hold and put to a voicemail. I am very disappointed with how they handled this mishap.
Looking to purchase a preowned MDX (ACURA)
Called about a preowned Acura MDX That was listed on car gurus ,made a appointment for that weekend, happen to sell before we got there there. When I called to confirm they still had the MDX ,was sold and the sales team had no idea who I was or whether the vehicle was still there , I went there with my wife again no one new anything if if they even
Watch out for surprise fee's
Dealer advertised the truck and price through multiple search Apps, but hid 2 out of 3 charges they tried to slap on at signing, despite multiple calls about pricing and discounts. $1300 conveyance fee, $395 etching fee, $499 doc prep fee. Only the Doc prep fee is mentioned on dealers website listing the truck. Sales reps were friendly, business manager was professional. Sales manager was neither. I won't go back there...ever.
