Received the help I needed to customize my Porsche. Great experience picking up the car today! Worth the wait for the custom build.

Beware out of state buyers, this dealer will tell you anything to sell a vehicle. They were untruthful re the overall condition of the car. For ex, I have a text from the salesperson telling me that the front brakes were @ 70%, rear brakes @ 60%. When I took the car for a service locally (with about 20 add'l miles since the sale) to a highly regarded Porsche facility I was informed that the brakes were under 50% all around. The top doesn't close properly either. The car didn't pass CA emissions the first time despite the fact that I specifically asked about this issue before purchasing the car. I raised these issues with the dealership and was basically told to pound sand. I purchased another used vehicle from Porsche N. Scottsdale about 2 yrs ago and the experience couldn't have been more different. Based on that positive experience, I trusted Porsche Bethesda, big mistake.

Dexter was responsive and informative. Very helpful throughout the purchase of our new (used)) car. I suspect we will stay in touch with him.

I recently purchased a factory-ordered Macan S from Porsche Bethesda. Everything about the purchase of this car was outstanding. Dexter J provided detailed information about the car and patiently answered all of my questions. Everything was low key and there was no sales pressure. He even allowed me to borrow a dealer Macan S for a day so that I could be sure that this was the car for me.
