Write a reviewSome dealerships do the right thing. Audi Concord — and specifically General Manager Eddie Martz — is one of them. Back in 2019, I bought a pre-owned vehicle from Audi Concord as a gift for my wife, who had just reached an important personal milestone. It was a meaningful purchase. During the prep process, a detailer accidentally cut the front seat. The dealership repaired it at the time, and we drove away happy. Fast forward to 2026. The repair gave way. I’ll be honest — I wasn’t sure what to expect when I called. It had been years. But Eddie listened. He didn’t make excuses or hide behind the clock. He looked into what happened, acknowledged that the original repair hadn’t been done properly, and told us he’d make it right — no charge. That kind of accountability is rare. Eddie treated us like people, not like a liability. If you’re looking for a dealership where the leadership actually stands behind their work — and their word — this is it.

I give this dealership -20 stars. I had to bring my car in for a tire service and initially the GM Eddie was super friendly in an attempt to get me to get a new car through them. When I arrived on 3/7/26 to drop my car off, Eddie was throwing his rank around saying how I didn’t owe anything when I returned the car. He stated I wouldn’t have to fill up the car with gas and they would also clean and detail the car because I was a first responder and therapist. I didn’t ask Eddie for any of this. He volunteered it all. Eddie also introduced me to Adrian a sales rep who harassed me with phone calls and texts throughout the week in an attempt to get me to get a new car with him. When I left the dealership on 3/7/26 it was with the belief that I owed $0. On 3/14/26 Adrian emails me that my car is ready and that I owe $50 for service. I explained to Adrian that I wasn’t notified of this at service when they took my car, they said I would be charged $0. Still I attempted to pay and get my car back, however, their online portal attempted to overcharge me for the payment. I let Adrian know this and he stated he would support when I arrived to the dealership. When I get to the dealership, Eddie comes out and tells me that it’s just $51.50 and even if it is more than what the stated price is that I should just pay it because he was nice to me. When I stated that it was unfair to expect me to pay $50 when I wasn’t told this at service and then to expect me to pay extra just because he was nice to me, Eddie began to get angry and told me that I was a belligerent and angry Black woman and to go to Audi Fremont and see if they’d treat me nicer than him. Then when I asked to see my contract Adrian and Eddie became increasingly hostile, to where I had to call the police. Eventually Adrian brings my contract and tells me, “all this over $50, you must be a broke Black b****.” This service is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. If it was just $50 why were they so volatile and harassing over it just because I asked to reconcile the discrepancy between what I was told at drop off? This is not how you treat customers and this dealership will never get any service from me ever again. Adrian even attempted to kick me out of the dealership and told me to “wait outside for the police”

Worst experience ever. The salesman Adrian turned hostile the moment we told him we were already pre-approved and would finance through Navy Federal Credit Union, not Audi. When we told him we were going to the Navy Federal branch office to pick up the check, he immediately said "we won't accept that." I cannot explain how disgusting his behavior was. Additionally, he and the Audi finance manager either did not know how the process worked with Navy Federal, in which they'd call NF to verify the check and confirm the sale, or they are xxxxxxxx because they said they would take the check but would not release the vehicle. They also said they would have to run my credit. Navy Federal even said they did not have to do that since I already financed through NF. I had just bought a house a few months prior AND had just received the approval for the auto loan, so I did not want another hard pull on my credit. We left to Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek and purchased a used Porsche Macan with ease. They did not run my credit AND we drove off the lot in the Macan. They even mentioned hearing horror stories about Audi Concord from many other customers. I cannot stress this enough, Adrian at Audi Concord is a deplorable salesperson and his Finance Manager isn't any better.

Dillon in sales was outstanding in every respect including expediting our purchase while dealership computers systems were down due to an external hack. One of the best experiences I have ever had purchasing a car.

Thanks for sharing your experience! We're glad to hear that our team at Audi Concord could accommodate your schedule and provide timely reminders. We appreciate the feedback!
Patty did a great job handling the 40k service. On time and budget as usual. Loaner car required advance notice (3-4 weeks). I’d like to see the phone system upgraded. I was stuck in the phone tree loop a couple times with no pickup or voicemail. Overall very happy.
