Disappointed
Drove an hour to look at a car I had called twice about to confirm it was there / not sold. When I arrived the car wasn't even there. They were disorganized, the receptionist wasn't wearing a mask (COVID). It was my first time at a used dealership so take this with a grain of salt. Left feeling disappointed and frustrated.
Buying a used car !
I was attended by Jean Carlos for the purchase of my new car(used). I was beyond satisfied with all of the staff in this facility! You were all very helpful with insight and details of the car even when it came down to pricing. This is definitely one of the best purchase I made. I highly recommend it. I went from New Jersey and was happy I did so! Go visit !

2019 Kia Stinger
After a several phone conversations with Zee, the manager, I made an appointment to drive 4.5 hours from VT to purchase this vehicle on 12/26. He required no deposit to hold the car and we agreed to confirm on 12/25. I called 3 different numbers, three times and left messages. No response. This morning I checked their webpage again, only to find that the price had increased by 2000K. As well as on Cargurus.com. I have dated photos of both. So someone had the time to load in and change prices, but not return my phone calls to confirm my appointment. Bait and Switch. Call it what you want. BEWARE! Thankfully, I didn’t make the drive and still have not received an response to my calls, texts or messages.

The manager "Z" was great and helpful. When I arrived, he was straight to the point and did not seem scummy, which I hate the most about dealerships. Now I have a beautiful BMW!!
