Great dealership all the way around. I have exclusively purchased and serviced all of my vehicles here for the last five years. I think we are on purchase number 10. Regardless, the whole team is amazing and wouldn't recommend any other dealership!

Worst Customer Service Ever
Initially when I purchased my 2019 Jeep Wrangler Sahara was great. I the process was great, plus they gave us a good trade, and were able to get us a discount for window tinting. Then about 8 months ago, everything turned sour over a tire warranty issue. Never was resolved by the dealer even though I had a case number. Service was horrible and my last contact with the dealers owner was poor, and very rude. Not going back....

Bought a used Jeep Wrangler, check engine light came on after 3 months of buying, oil critically low, valve replaced, no obvious leak, 3 months later check engine light on, oil critically low. I have not gotten a return phone call from either Brian at the dealership. NOT OK!!

Exceptional Car Buying Experiance
I just wanted to take a minute and comment on my experience working with Terry Mykins, Scott Teenor, and Allen Brantley at Airport Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Kansas City Missouri. First off, I can’t give high enough praise for these guys and especially my salesman, Terry. All three of they guys always acted with integrity, professionalism, and with my best interest in mind though my whole ordering and purchasing process. Hearing that Dodge was planning to change their high-performance lineup in the next few years, along with the chip shortage, I was motivated to go ahead and order the exact car I wanted. No more than ten minutes after I submitted my configuration through the Dodge website to get a quote did Terry call me. This was so fast not even I was prepared to move forward and commit to the purchase. Terry provided all information I need and answered my questions, while not pressuring me for the quick sale. Terry and I met later in the day when I finally made up my mind to move forward. Again, he was very patent answering my questions and walking me through the process. The most amazing part of this was they didn’t try to exploit the chip shortage and charge a dealer markup as you hear other dealers are doing these days. And yes, I paid under sticker and got great financing. All details were agreed upon and documented to ensure it didn’t change when the car was delivered. Once the car arrived, everything progressed exactly as I expected. All my requests were carried out exactly as I requested, further adding to my exceptional experience. Thanks Terry and Scott! A very smooth process with no pressure to purchase extended warranties or other packages. Yes, it was offered if I wanted it but not pushed. Allen made the financial part of the transaction quick and painless. Thanks! Lastly, the size of this dealership means you get personalized experience working with professionals through the whole car buying process. I plan on doing business with them again.
