Be very cautious with this company.

Be very cautious with this company. They are bait and switch and take full advantage of new car buyers. I would never recommend them to purchase a car. Their mechanics do shady work when you bring a purchased car into their maintenance

Bought a vehicle 9/1/23,it was inspected 7/23, but I

Bought a vehicle 9/1/23,it was inspected 7/23, but I later on after getting pulled over that it had no tag light.(gone).found out after a mechanic opened trunk, pulled off back panel to check for wires.there was evidence of an accident and the wires were/ have been pinned up inside bumper housing since that accident. How was this inspected without this vital light ? In the state of Virginia, it is required to have this to pass inspection. I'm now going to have to pay hundreds of $$$ to correct this so I can have legal.should have been fixed before sold to me..I will inform and potential buyers to take your purchase to a certified mechanic before signing, now I'm S.O.L. Thanks Motorwold, never again.

I was in need of a car immediately.

I was in need of a car immediately. Mike, Matt and Beth helped make that happen for me in one afternoon. Put me in the right car for what I needed, a Honda HR-V barely used. I live in Charlottesville, where the car market is notoriously expensive and dificult to work with. The 50 minute ride down to Madison Heights was beyond worth it for every reason.

fraudulent dealer!!

I wanted to purchase a used vehicle, found one I liked, made arrangements to buy, BUT, then changed my mind for various reasons and cancelled the sale. Motor World WILL NOT refund the $1,000 deposit I put down!! They claim the deposit is "non-refundable". REALLY??? I give you $1,000 toward the purchase of a car, change my mind and you KEEP THE MONEY???? This is FRAUD!!

Sorry people

I went there to look for a certain vehicle and the salesman said he only liked Ford's which was very unprofessional and I would never recommend this dealership to anyone stay away from this place
