    my Sales guy seemed very unsure and gave me zero details on my car as far as it’s features he just handed me my keys. Finance guy was very uptight, made... zero eye contract with my husband and I, left us out in the show room while he took care of our financing. My experience with this place was no fun, one to many stuck up men there, lucky for them, they had the car I was looking for. I pretty much handled the rest myself. This place needs new staff other than that.. Infiniti dealership had my carp and I’m happy with my car only lol!

    Bad service. I went in to drop my car off for repairs. Didn't find anyone by service department. Opened another door, went across , found a cashier lady... on a desk. She told me to fill out a form and drop my key off in a box. What? It wasn't after hours. Finally found someone who took my info and dropped the car off. Next day got a call with a list of things that might be wrong with the car. They didn't even know what part is bad. They told me to take the car to a body shop. What a joke! I dropped an Infiniti car at an Infiniti dealer for repairs and they told me to take it to a body shop. Went in to pick up the car and the cashier made me wait 20 minutes cuz she couldn't find the invoice. Finally after some nonsense waiting, I was told to wait outside and someone will bring my car over. The guy brought my car over with the dash wipers running dry without using my windshield washer. All he said was that he accidentally hit the switch with his hand. From start to finish, it was overwhelming a bad service

    We worked with Kezra Swanson and had an excellent experience buying a pre-owned 2015 Nissan Altima. Kezra was personable and attentive, and very easy to... work with. Andrew Peterson worked on our financing and unlike with a lot of dealerships, it felt like he was providing informative advice on their warranty options instead of pushing an up-sell. The Altima will be passed down to one of our kids in three years and we will definitely keep Kezra, Andrew and Infiniti Milwaukee in mind when we're in the market again.
