I called to check on the status of a car we asked to be shipped from Myrtle Beach to Dothan, Alabama. The lady I spoke with was prompt and professional in determining where it was and what was happening with it. She also gave me a revised estimate as to when it would arrive in Dothan.

I called to check on the status of a car we asked to be shipped from Myrtle Beach to Dothan, Alabama. The lady I spoke with was prompt and professional in determining where it was and what was happening with it. She also gave me a revised estimate as to when it would arrive in Dothan.

I flew from Alaska to buy a 2015 Rubicon with 20,xxx
I flew from Alaska to buy a 2015 Rubicon with 20,xxx miles exterior look great, I closed the deal and flew 4,000 miles to Myrtle beach to pick up jeep. CarMax claims 125 point inspection on vehicles. I was paying top dollar for this jeep due to low mileage. Upon my inspection I noticed this jeep was suffering from an extreme case of RUST the underneath/frame/shocks was in demise literally flaking off. I refused to buy and flew back they offered no excuse, no apology, although I was notified the jeep came from a Salty state (CT). My mistake for not getting photos underneath but I "assumed" would be good with 20,xxx miles. Tires were pretty wore as well. I bought a better rubicon and 3,0000 less and in excellent shape.

I had to go through a third party to get any information
I had to go through a third party to get any information on the vehicle I was interested in and to make an appt. I don't like the fact that there is no negotiation whatsoever and they do not contact you if there was a change in the price of the vehicle especially when it was reduced.

Carmax sells junk cars be warned ⚠️ do a carfax
Make sure you do carfax because what carmax uses is about the dumbest background on a car that I've ever seen it says what they want you to know I bought a 2012 Honda civic I kept telling them something is not write with car from day one come to find out this car I bought from carmax who doesn't sell wrecked cars hahahahahahahahahahahaha What a joke I did carfax it's 32 pages long and I'm not the 2nd owner I'm 3rd and this car has been wrecked 4 times and we pointed out to carmax there's no airbags well Sept 4th I was hit head on got hurt very bad and not one airbag deployed

They were very professional but able to put you at ease as soon as you walked through their doors. There was no pressure and they wanted to help me get the vehicle I wanted. Tasia was amazing and I couldn't have asked for better customer service. Two hours from the minute I walked in to I drove off in my new car is beyond exceptional and I have never had such fast service. Will definitely recommend them to all my family and friends.
