    I brought my Challenger in for service , I told them about the tire vibration when I hit the brakes. When I received the call to let me know what was found... , they told me I needed new brakes, and new rotors because the ones I had were at a minimum. being that I had four days with nothing planed I decide to tackle this myself. once I took the wheels off I noticed my brakes were fairly new. I also noticed my rotors appeared to never have been turned. I took my rotors to get turned then put the brakes back on ,this took care of the problem for less then $40.00, as opposed to the $500 Bayway was trying to charge me. It's a shame Bayway needs to try to steal from it's customers.

    It took a couple of visits, but due to the persistence of David Pearson, I came out a happy customer. Though at one point we both wanted to throw in the... towel. He Was Amazing!! Did a great job and never gave up on trying to help me. He, in my opinion is a great asset to your business.

    I called yesterday 10/11/18 on a 07 F150. They said it was there. I was scheduled to be there between 6:30 and 7:00 PM which I was. Which is 40 miles from... my house. When I got there I was told to ask for Alex in used cars. He greeted me and we discussed that I was there to see the 07 F150 they where advertising on line. He had me sit in his office. After 20 min he came back and told me the truck wasnt there. That someone took it to there son the day before to see If he wanted it and wouldn't be back till the following day. They had another 07 they just got in. Had less miles but had some body damage on it. Rear passenger door and quarter panel. I had him ask what the price was on that one. It was 2 grand more then the other one that was in better shape but had more miles. I felt the price for it was a bit much for the shape it is in. So I told him to let me know if the guy buys the one that is out. He said that someone would reach out to be to let me know I the guy bought it or not. I hadn't heard so I reached out to Keegan by email and never recieved a responds. Tried calling Alex and it just rang. I have cash in hand to buy the truck and I told him I did. From the commercial for bayway my experience was polar opposite of what they said on how they run the business. Not only am I disappointed in making a 80 mile round trip drive for nothing but then not to even get a call to let me know if they sold the truck or not.

    Have been shopping around for a few months, called Bayway and explained what I was looking for and my price range, Jose Rico texted me the next day with... what Bayway could offer, I called to verify and went in that evening, Bayway actually did better than the text, we purchased the truck, upon delivery the next day(Friday) we noticed a small scratch, the sales manager Omar came out to look at the scratch and said it would be repaired on Monday when we drop the truck off to have the running boards installed, we dropped the truck off Monday evening, were given a dealer car until Tuesday when we picked the truck up. Scratch was repaired, running boards installed, and the truck was completely detailed again for the inconvenience. Amazing deal and customer service, will definitely buy from Bayway Pasadena again. thank you Jose and Omar.

    Keegan Hunter did everything I asked to make this deal happen... he got me to the price I wanted, worked in the repairs I wanted at no extra charge and... did not pressure me once through the process. The man replied to every email, text and call promptly and with exactly the information I requested... nothing more and nothing less. It is refreshing to have this kind of experience buying a car and I wish more would follow this example. At the end of the day the deal did not go through because of circumstances on my end... while this would obviously leave any sales professional frustrated, Keegan was polite and understanding. He rationalized my decision and reacted the way a true professional does. He thanked me for the opportunity to do business and wished me all the best. I will most certainly send people his way in the future and will return myself when I am ready to buy a new truck. Treat this man well Bayway... if not I might try recruiting him to come work for me!

    Agreed on numbers with sales rep, once I go to finance, Juan Gonzales the finance manager breaks down the numbers and explains the warranty, he insisted... that his bumper to bumper warranty is the way to go because I will have a "piece of mind that my Jeep will be covered if anything was to happen to it, Its covered under warranty for 3 years or 36k miles" a month later Im having issues and the service advisor tells me that I dont have bumper to bumper, I get transferred to Juan Gonzales, and he wants to tell me that he didnt do the contract, that it was some guy named William, which is false, and he proceeds to tell me that its only power train warranty and only motor and transmission are backed, terrible experience, and the car didnt even get washed when I bought it.
