Waste of time

Worst experience at a dealership I have ever had. I made an appointment to view a specific Jeep Wrangler that was in stock, upon arrival, that car was not ready and at the front of the building, not a huge deal but no point in setting up an appointment. We are off top told that someone else is interested in the vehicle and reminded of it a few times while we were there. They took my keys to have my trade in vehicle appraised, while that was supposedly happening we were completing initial finance paperwork. Once the salesman takes the paperwork to his manager, he comes back and tells us that another “manager” who is the only one on site to make the final approval for appraisals has gone into a meeting with the owner of the dealership and it would be “about 30 minutes” before we could get any kind of answer. So there’s only one person on site who can do anything for you, the entire dealership has to come to a halt when the person is not there? So we wait a bit and finally decide we want my car brought back to the front so if we don’t like the deal we can just leave and not have to wait around. To that we are told the “manager” has my car keys with him in the meeting and it’s an offsite meeting. From there, the story kept changing, we are told there are no phones where they are meeting but then the salesman says he is texting the “manager” to find out where my keys are? Then the story changes to the meeting is onsite and the salesman was going to see if he can pop his head in to get my keys but that it would be “tricky since the owner is in there”. I would think an owner of a car dealership would respect his customers and their time and not have us waiting.. We luckily had two sets of keys for my car and gave the final set to the salesman to bring my car around while still trying to locate my additional key. Magically once I said I was over the entire thing and wanted to leave, the keys were found in the “managers” desk. Keep in mind, we were the only customers at the dealership the whole time so no one was busy therefore we shouldn’t have been endured any wait time. Vehicles cost entirely too much money to be treated with such disrespect. My husband just recently purchased at a BMW dealer and we were in and out of the place within an hour….. Save your time, don’t bother with this place.

Service simple oil and filter change

Sooo.... I showed up a little after 9am. Right now I’m having lunch U-verse to me. Then some young kid recommended that I change my cabin filter, I mean for them to.. good God! My truck doesn’t even have a cabin filter. I’m still wondering how they came up with me needing a new one. I will be getting my purchased service plan refunded to me. very I knowledgeable in the service is quite obvious.

buying new vehicle

I was looking for a new vehicle and Anthony Purcell and Ulises de Anda were very helpful , They even offer to buy lunch for me and my wife while we were waiting for to close the deal.

poor service/ do not care stay away

my wife and I stopped to look and possibly purchase a new gladiator- the salesman james said he would get us an out the door price - this was saturday by the evening I never heard back so i called and left a voicemail - I sent a text then an email monday afternoon I called back and the guy acted almost as if he didnt know of us- then he said he would get a nomber and get back to me- well its now monday night- think ill move to another dealer- by the way same type response from their email dept.

Terrible service

Worst place ever won’t do what they say and then ignore you and dodge your calls pathetic . Just completely unhappy and disgusted with the place as awhile thanks for nothing

Regret

Looking for used car for work, was shown a range rover and i fell in love with idea of owing a range rover but i never thought i was going to be in so much regret that only within the month range rover broke down, Dealership refused to fix or put me in another vehicle. And now i see why sales person did not offer me extended warranty. I would never send or recommend this dealership , run away and dont look back they will take your money and sell you a lemon !!!!!

Test Drive

On 7-11-20 I had a scheduled test drive at the dealership for a Durango SRT. Once I arrived at the dealership a sales man pointed out 2 Durango's SRT's available for the test drive, I choose one and salesman left and returned with the keys. I drove the vehicle and afterwards realized I had been driving a Durango RT, Not A SRT! Afterwards the dealership Manager refused to allow me to test drive a SRT which was on the lot. This wasted most of my day. By far the most unprofessional experience I have ever had at a car dealership. The sales man was also a huge disappointment, his only concern was selling the SUV that same day and time. All they care about is selling you a car no matter what!

The Devil is in the Details.

I take fault for my own actions as I should have not trusted what the finance manager was telling me and reviewed Every Detail line by line. He added in a $795.00 line item for GPS tracking that he told me would be free. I had declined it completely and he came back and said that he would throw it in for FREE because he wanted to get a good rating on my review. Well guess what. He lied about this completely, and on top of that he did not tell me he was adding in $299.00 for window vin etching. The total amount they added in on top of the agreed price was $1094. If you buy from this dealer, I do not recommend, take your time and check every line no matter what they are telling you. I trust people to be honest, not these guys.

Terrible repair gulfgate dodge done in 3 hours

Bought the truck at 30000 miles ac goes next day and waiting 2 days to Repair my ac and leveling kit saying it could be 4 days terrible service
