Nolan Caruso far exceeded my expectations.

Nolan Caruso far exceeded my expectations. I had a bad buying experience with Ken Ganley in the past and Nolan asked me to just give him a chance and I did and Nolan went above and beyond. I can honestly say I have never had a better and more easier by an experience than than I did with Nolan. I cannot say how happy or how pleased I am with my whole experience with Nolan then what I am I will refer and send as many people as I possibly can to Nolan because he just made everything so quick simple easy done didn?t have to spend the whole day for hours at the dealership. It just made everything Beyond amazing so thank you Nolan from the bottom of my heart.

I was due for routine maintenance on my 2025 palisade.

I was due for routine maintenance on my 2025 palisade. Making the appointment was easy. Nothing I received mentioned it would take 2 hours. ESP since I contacted the salesmen who sold me the palisade about a fueling concern that he said he made service aware of before I came in for my routine maintenance. When I got there the service clerk ?claimed? she was unaware of the issue. So who dropped the ball??? In emails I received prior mentioned they provide courtesy shuttles. Which i inquired about upon checking in for service which they stated they did not have. Then when I received my after service email it said they in fact had a courtesy shuttle available. When I confronted staff they stated it was ?due to staffing issues?. So why include that you offer that service in emails. Again when I asked my salesmen later if that was true he stated that they do have the service?..get it together guys.

Friendly people.

Friendly people. Always asked questions if there was anything we needed. Very polite and smooth process. Zack was a great help. Just a laidback young man. He enjoyed having us there. Not just to sell a vehicle to.

Had an issue with my lease.

Had an issue with my lease. They were able to squeeze me into get my issue fixed 30 mins after I called. Amazing! 1hr later my car was fixed and I was on my way!
