Don't waste your time if you are not local.

Don't waste your time if you are not local. It took three tries to get a sales person on the phone. When I finally got Stanley on the phone. He said that they only do sales in person. I have bought many cars over the phone in the last 5 years.

I went there today to get a Chevy Malibu I pulled in sat

I went there today to get a Chevy Malibu I pulled in sat in my car for about 5 minutes then started to look for the Malibu and finally found it and spent ten minutes looking at it and waiting for some help and when I finally got some help he was rude and acting like I didn’t matter. When I test drove it I tried to open the sunroof and that didn’t work and then there was two different mirrors on the car when I asked Ethan about it he said oh don’t worry about it it gives the car character. Super unprofessional

Nowhere close to the advertised prices, do not fall for

Nowhere close to the advertised prices, do not fall for this. You cannot take them on, they always have an upper hand and they will screw you over with bad final pricing or bad car. Look elsewhere and save your time and sanity.

WARNING, STAY AWAY I visited this dealer yesterday, I

WARNING, STAY AWAY I visited this dealer yesterday, I was a bit hesitant because of the reviews, I had been warned, still the price was too good so I decided to drive about 2 hours, I made sure I called them first about the availability of the vehicle, they said it was ready to be seen, I got there with my wife, walked the lot for about 10 and found the vehicle we were looking for. Because no one came to assist or even say hello, we decided to into the office, when I asked about the car the supervisor said exactly what I had been warned about on the reviews, he said they did not have ready for sale, that the vehicle has not passed VA inspection, I showed him a different car and he said the same, did not even give me an idea of when it would be ready or offered a call back. I asked him, why do you list the cars if they are not ready to sale, he gave me xx, said the computer automatically lists the cars, he did not even offer me another car, it was worse than talking to a chat bot.The car we saw was also not put together right, I even got windshield glue on my hands, the dashboard was not aligned right and the rims were not the ones on the listing pictures. The listing pictures did not say that the car was going through service. If you go make sure you call and they confirm and reconfirm the car is ready for sale. I think what they are doing should be reported as they are advertising and competing with other dealers with lower prices on many products they dont have. Wasting people's time and money, making them drive to their dealer on false advertinsing. Hmm a call to the BBB would be fine

Incorrect information about their dealership listed. The person handling their online sales clearly isnt interested in actually making a sale. Way too many red flags about this company. There's better places to purchase a car.
