Waiting on info on the vehicle. Customer Service is pretty good. They call very frequently which can be annoying.

They aggressively low ball your trade and hide behind their "no haggle" pricing as a means to not negotiate their price. Funny thing is they had a car on the lot that was just like my trade except my trade was better and they were selling it for $6,000 more than they were willing to give me for my trade. True story! I laughed and walked, and as I was leaving the manager said, "You're not going to get more for your car." Very confrontational. I not only got what I wanted for my trade from another dealership, I got more, and bought a car. Do yourself a favor and avoid Auto Boutique at all costs.

My experience at auto boutique was very I was very happy with my salesman Ola the manager and the finance manager. I recommend anybody go to get a five star for me. We’re very happy me and *my Wife who purchased a vehicle around four 2019 low mileage 36,001 154 miles looks brand new. I love it very happy very experience. I look very good experience so I recommend anyone to go there and get a five stars from me a lot of nice vehicle vehicles.

Still waiting for a callback from the Sales Manager. I had specific questions about the vehicle, and the sales rep refused to answer or address my concerns.

Thier customer service sucks. They aren't welcoming. When they shake your hand they hardly grip it. They kept telling me they wanted 3k down for a 17 and offered a 18 with 7 thousand miles more with 2k down didn't make no sense to me. They all need to work on customer service! customer service is everything in this type of market. I was warned not to come here I should have listened.
