Great staff and service from the sales Department.

Great staff and service from the sales Department. Walking into Fairfield was a breath of fresh air. I have been buying cars for years from another local dealership who didn't care to know my name. The Fairfield dealer listened to what I was trying to accomplish, and could not have been more professional. Cheers!!

I LOVE my new F Pace

I picked up my new 2021 Jaguar F Pace about 2 weeks ago and I am OBSESSED. Joe Catanese, Robert Gryglewski and Marco Onelli made the sales experience seamless. My boyfriend and I were considering 2 or 3 other vehicles in this class and once we drove the redesigned 2021 model, R-Dynamic, we were sold; we decided we didn't even need to drive anything else. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and their showroom is gorgeous. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new Jaguar or Land Rover, or a used car!

Unaccomodating Dealer and Poor Engineering

Fairly disappointed with this dealership. Purchased an 82,000 dollar car and couldn't get them to buy it back after two weeks. Very poor build quality and engineering. Poor sound system. Terrible wind noise on the new Defender. People were nice but not very accommodating. Will avoid in the future.

Not a good experience, rude staff

Received a very poor experience when I was shopping a Discovery Sport, they low ball on your trade. I was given a $2000 estimate for a $11000 car, they also high ball on the car prices. Not recommended. Sales staff is okay, management is terrible.

Uncompromising service

Update from My personal visit. On November 11, 2019, me, my and my children visited Jaguar Land Rover Fairfield and immediately we were greeted by the front reception. Even though the sales manager Ferdinando Crudele was not available due to family matter, he personally called his sales representative Christopher Wayne. We are grateful for Chris to take his time to educate us about Land Rover brand and there was a deep connection in which he made our experience so precious. From the moment we went on test drive, making sure we know the feature and the option of the car to showing me the fine detail of the stitching as well as how the roof line of the Land Rover flows. We are still fascinated by how much Chris take pride in his job, passion in automobile and his kindness as well as patient in making sure us being taken care of. When people say buying cars should be an experience not a transaction, I am confident to say this dealership deliver uncompromising service from the beginning to the end. Thank you Ferdinando and Chris for providing us such an extraordinary experience.

No one home

I've been trying to reach these people for the last three days to get a simple question answered. I have tried email through Cars.com and I tried chatting with their website chat person who told me they were off site but would have the dealership contact me. That hasn't happened. I don't think anyone works here.
