Needed to give a shout out to Chris Pablo at Toyota of Walnut Creek. This guy was a pleasure to work with, getting me out the door numbers with no fuss and clear communication. Full disclosure, I ended up purchasing a used vehicle elsewhere (sorry Chris!). The decision was based solely on getting a used vehicle that better suited my needs. My opinion based on my interactions with Chris is that he is knowledgeable and service-oriented, and I would feel comfortable and confident purchasing a vehicle with Chris at Toyota of Walnut Creek.

The salesperson was helpful and steered us toward buying

The salesperson was helpful and steered us toward buying a new 2025 Camry hybrid instead of a used car, as the price difference was only $5,000. We love the car except for one annoying thing: I can hear the wind coming through the driver-side window at speeds above 65 MPH. I took it back to them to test drive it, and the salesperson said a mechanic drove it home to test it and did not hear the wind. They gave me a loaner, the same car, a 2025 Camry hybrid, and I could hear it in the loaner. I took our car to our local dealership in Vallejo to test, and because of traffic on the freeway, the mechanic didn't drive above 65 MPH, and he said he couldn't hear the wind. He also said if I try to install wind-noise-reducing glass, I'd violate my warranty. Many people online complain of the same wind-noise issue in recent-model Camry hybrids, so it's not just me imagining things. Since the people at Walnut Creek Toyota drive a range of their cars all the time, including dead-quiet luxury vehicles, I'm sure they know what a quiet vehicle is, so I suspect they're aware that the 2025 Camry Hybrid is not quiet at the driver's side window. Despite their helpfulness and friendliness otherwise, I would be wary of buying another car from them without conducting thorough research on a vehicle first. I _would_ recommend the dealership, but with a warning. I am disappointed to say that I am not 100% certain of their honesty.

This is the second car I’ve bought from Toyota Walnut

This is the second car I’ve bought from Toyota Walnut Creek, and my only regret is not coming here sooner. Their motto Simple Price, Simple Process is 100% true. Both times, the experience was smooth, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable (which is rare when it comes to car buying). I just picked up my GR Corolla and I’m absolutely obsessed. It’s everything I wanted fun, fast, and turns heads everywhere I go. The team made the whole process seamless, and I felt supported and informed every step of the way. Huge shoutout to Beni for being incredibly helpful, patient, and awesome to work with. Also, big thanks to Khan, the GSM, for personally making sure I got the exact car I wanted. And last but definitely not least, shoutout to Win for making the entire experience even smoother and more enjoyable. Their dedication really shows. After two great purchases here, I can confidently say I won’t go anywhere else. If you’re in the market for a new car, do yourself a favor and go to Toyota Walnut Creek. Trust the motto it’s the real deal.

We were lucky enough to work with Toyota Walnut Creek to get a brand new 2025 4Runner. They were hard to come by for exactly what we wanted. We found one that was coming to Walnut Creek; Kenny Koeppel was instrumental in helping us get the purchase done, helpful before the process and fantastic getting all the paperwork done. There was no pressure to upsell anything but very informative on what our options were. I can't say enough about Toyota Walnut creek. Definitely consider them if you are after a Toyota!

Kenny Koepel helped us capture our dream 4Runner.

Kenny Koepel helped us capture our dream 4Runner. We had very specific wants in mind and when one showed up on the Toyota Walnut Creek that matched we reached out to the dealership. Kenny responded and from that moment on was helpful and communicative while we waited (anxiously) for the car to ship and arrive at the dealership. He kept us posted during shipment and when it came in immediately made an appointment with us to see/purchase the car. He made sure everyone at the dealership knew we had reserved the car in the few days it was there. While the process of purchasing a car is always a long slog of paperwork and figuring things out we never once felt pressured to buy add-ons (though he clearly explained our options) and definitely was informative throughout. You only ever deal with one person throughout the purchase process and it was probably the best of all the new cars I've bought. From start to finish Kenny was fantastic to work with, Toyota Walnut Creek was perfect, and we couldn't be happier with our new 4Runner. Thanks Kenny!

This dealership is very unprofessional.

This dealership is very unprofessional. They set up an Appointment with me. Right before I appear for the appointment, they sold the car for somebody else I took a day off just to see that car I would never recommend anybody to go here

An extreme rip off of service.

An extreme rip off of service. They take advantage of you and charge you for items you did not request and force you to pay or they will not return your vehicle. I never asked for any of the services just a simple oil change, tire rotation and maintenece and my bill came out to $2,000.00. I am going to BBB, Toyota corporate and the head franchisee. This is disgust and unethical practices. As an employer who takes care of my employees, I will not allow this injustice. Stay away. If I could give a negative I would.
