I was lied to, given wrong information, accused of not knowing what street I live on, told to ride a bus, told to fly into the wrong airport, generally... treated horribly. I have had better (and more knowledgeable) service at a Wendy’s drive through. My entire transaction as completed via text (I’m in Nevada) with a woman named Jen Del Prado. I asked for the best price including all taxes and fees. She told me the sticker price and said, “so do you want to buy it?” Apparently, that’s the level of training salespeople receive at Walnut Creek Toyota – or she is just a horrible salesperson, or perhaps simply not very intelligent. I specifically requested a different salesperson (for obvious reasons). I was pushed to complete everything via text; and later found out I was not texting my new salesperson Ben, but rather it was still Jen. When I called Jen’s cell, she wouldn’t answer and had Ben call me back from his number. Ben was clueless most of the time because Jen was doing the deal and lying to me. They lied the entire time. They provide rides/Uber for oil changes, but when you buy a $30K car thy tell you to ride the bus. Jen told me to take a shuttle from the airport to the bart (like I know what bart is) and then bart would take me to walnut creek. I guess from there I would just walk around or something. This, after they tell me to fly into San Fran when Oakland was much better. Worst experience ever. Now Ben and Jen are both texting me from their numbers harassing me about paperwork. I called them out on their deception, and they don’t even care. Good news, I spoke with the GM, Brad, and he agreed I was treated horribly and “had a less than experience”.

This is the second "certified pre-owned" Toyota I've purchased. The first was in 1999, following an auto accident that totaled my 1991 Toyota Corolla... station wagon -- I got a low-mileage '98 Corolla. That lasted me 20 years and would still be running (never burned a drop of oil in all that time and approaching 200K miles) except for being totaled by a teenage red-light runner. Based on that good experience, I had great confidence that another certified pre-owned Corolla was the way to go. Toyota Walnut Creek had one listed that looked promising -- low-mileage, great price (compared to offerings at Toyota dealers closer to me). I went to check it out, hoping the car would live up to its description but not looking forward to a day of sitting around while a sales person made many trips to a back room where the "sales manager" resided. The car did completely meet my expectations, but the buying experience couldn't have been more different. Much, much better! Their set price policy left out all need for negotiation, since if I'd had any qualms about the price after seeing the car I would have walked away. I want to give a highly-positive shout-out to Nicolay Mak, who handled the purchase along with his manager Doug. He took me on a thorough test-drive (city streets and freeway) and then handled all the paperwork details with great professionalism but also totally human. Given my age (late 70s) the 2016 Corolla I bought could be my "last car," but if I live long enough I would go back to Toyota Walnut Creek.j (The grid for this review would not accept "n/a" for "quality of repairs," forcing me to give a rating. Obviously there have been no repairs, but the "certified pre-owned" service checklist I saw told me that maintenance had been done to deliver the car in top-notch condition. The rating I gave is anticipatory.)

the are very arogand, the sealeman have no idea the cars which have sold me a hybrid with over 140,000 miles and battry has only 8 years warranty car was... almost 10 years old, and to a very expensive price . Never bay there ����
